I came in to lease an IS 350 RWD F-Sport. Not only did Steve the salesperson show me the exact vehicle I wanted, he took me for a test drive and showed me the service department. My wife and I went in to look and purchase a new rx350. We were greeted very kindly from the second we walked into the dealer by the receptionist. She offered us something to eat and drink. I can't say one bad thing about anyone I dealt with at this dealership ( and I dealt with about 4 different people). I had to wait about a month for my car to come in because it was a brand new model on the market. They stayed in touch with me the whole way through to keep me updated as to when the final pick up date would be. The customer service here is impeccable! Truthful and honest to their word (which you normally DO NOT find at car dealerships). If your looking to purchase a Lexus please go to Lexus of massapequa..you really can't go wrong here :) Lenny, I hope you see this review and it puts a smile on your face!
