He was fully attentive to us. We also liked the fact that there was little or no haggling. Both sides were reasonable and Jake did not have to run back and forth to his manager for approval of every step. When the managers trust their employees to do their job, you trust them too. Our Business Manager, Kenneth Melendez was excellent too. Not pushy. He explained the packages he was selling and let us determine what was right for us.
