Lexus Lease I was looking to get a new small/medium SUV and was interested in the RX350 and a few other cars. I found one other that I liked and Lexus was the last on my list, so I went to Lexus of Massapequa to look at the RX350. I had already gone to the Lexus dealer closer to my home and was dsappointed in the way I was treated. Mike Zishuk at Massapequya was incredibly easy to work with. I wanted a test drive first, and he set it up imnmediately. He explained all the features during the test drive and went over the numbers when we got back to the office. He didn't "trash" the other car I was looking at, but rather compared all the features.The color and features I wanted were available on the RX350. I went home to make a decision and called Mike a few days later to go ahead and order the car. The "browsing" experience was so pleasant and comfortable...there was no hard sell, no pressure, no constant calls to push for a decision...just a nice follow up on the phone...a friendly voice who wanted to let me know that I would be happy with the RX350. Delivery was also pleasant. The car was in front when I arrived. All the paperwork was ready. The numbers were what I expected...no hidden or extra costs piled on. Mike had already called my insurance company and gotten the cards. We sat in the car and he again went over all the features and set everything up the way I wanted them. I've always admired the LEXUS, but it was just out of reach for a while. With the encouragement of great friends, I decided to "just do it"! I was greeted by Ashley, very friendly. I'm a cookie hound, so when I saw the fresh baked cookies, I knew I could stay all night, negotiating. Actually, I stayed a little while, but not all night. Your Sales guy, William Audette, was friendly, showed me around, took me for a test drive, answered all of my questions, and made me as comfortable as he could. We crunched some numbers, I had more cookies and I left a happy customer. When I arrived to pick up my new car, William helped me finalize everything and showed me some of the many functions that the LEXUS has. it's quite a car and I know it will take a moment to put it all together, but william said that I could give him a buzz, if I had any questions. My family was shocked and excited, when I pulled into the driveway. I told them that I was working on a project, but I didn't tell them what it was. I got out of the car to go into the house, and they went outside to get into the car LOL :o) More

Jim got the service staff to drive it over for me to see it in on the sales lot. Needless to say, it was beautiful and I decided to purchase the car -ES 350 2014 with all options. My next car will be another ES350 and I will return to Mr. Penta and Lexus of Massapequa to lease it. More
