Technology Seminar I attended the Technology Seminar for my RX 350. My technician was Frank Musmacker. He throughly went through the navigation system and explained it I attended the Technology Seminar for my RX 350. My technician was Frank Musmacker. He throughly went through the navigation system and explained it in very easy terms. I also had questions regarding the satellite radio and he answered all questions. I also learned about the parking assist and where it was located on the steering wheel. I would recommend taking this seminar to everyone. I am very impressed by everyone who works at Lexus of Massapequa. More

What a funny way to meet! This weekend I decided to go to Lexus of Massapequa to look at a pre owned vehicle a friend of mine had purchased a vehicle there a little over a mon This weekend I decided to go to Lexus of Massapequa to look at a pre owned vehicle a friend of mine had purchased a vehicle there a little over a month ago from a sales person named Mike Wade and his Manager Tommy. Upon pulling into the dealership I noticed a young gentleman on an electric scooter driving around a car so me and my wife pulled in a parking space . We got out of the vehicle and started to talk to the young man on the scooter. I had asked him what is he doing his reply was I'm doing appraisal on the vehicle iso we got to talking and I asked him what happened and he said he recently had knee surgery me having knee surgery myself we started talking about what had happened so we followed him into the dealership and he actually opened the door on his scooter for me and my wife. So the gentleman asked me do I have an appointment to see somebody or is there something that I can help you with my reply was I'm here to see a gentleman named Tommy he started laughing he said funny you should say that I'm Tommy how can I help you. I begin to tell him a story that you sold my friend the car about two months ago and my friend told me to come see you and only you because you're the gentleman that help Mike Wade out and help my friend get financing even though his credit was not so good. He then offered me some cookies and a cup of coffee and he said follow me we went outside we looked at a few cars of course my wife didn't know what she wanted A car or truck so we looked around look at the couple of things and I begin to explain to him about my credit situation due to the effects of Sandy. He said Brian listen let's pick out a car let's find out what your wife likes will worry about your credit later I went to two other dealerships prior to coming to see Tommy that day and once I told the sales people of my credit situation I was suddenly treated like a second-class citizen, Tommy went on to tell me that he's in a different situation than most dealerships that his general manager use to run Toyota financial for 15 years and when it comes to Credit challenges he usually doesn't have an issue with getting people approved. Tommy then goes and explains to my wife that they own 22 stores and he has access to all their used car inventory it was like Macy's giving away free shoes to my wife (sorry about that that's as funny as my humor gets) so onto the computer we go he showing my wife a bunch of different cars and a bunch of different locations and to give Tommy some credit he still doing his appraisals and trying to sell cars to other people while trying to give me 100% of his attention me being in sales I appreciate things like this. I am writing this review because I'm in sales I know people read these things and if there's anybody out there looking to get a used vehicle or a new vehicle for that matter and has a little time I suggest that you come and see Tommy at Lexus and Massapequa and his staff they truly are the best they make you feel at home and they make you feel like your a part of a family. Now here's the kicker we didn't even buy a car from Tommy yet but I wanted to write this review to let everybody know what a great place Lexus of Massapequa is I will be in next week to see Tommy and will going to put a deal together I actually offered him a job sorry Tommy if I got you in trouble I will see you hopefully this week thank you for all of your help Brian and Jen More
Great experience from a returning customer I am a returning customer to this dealership. Me and my brother purchased a pre owned Lexus 2 years ago and had a great experience with Salmon Umar. W I am a returning customer to this dealership. Me and my brother purchased a pre owned Lexus 2 years ago and had a great experience with Salmon Umar. We were in the market for another pre owned vehicle and while searching my brother remembered the great service Salmon had provided and decided to contact him. After contacting Salmon he soon found out that Salmon was promoted to Sales Manager and for good reason. He appreciated the return business and referred us to Joe Delagame. Joe was also a pleasure to work with, he was friendly and took his time with us not rushing the process at all. We had looked online previously to what cars were available pre owned and were able to test drive the ones were were interested in. After the test drive we narrowed it down the car we wanted to take home and we're able to complete the transaction all in one day. The buying process was as simple as can be, there were no hidden fee's or gimmicks. Joe provided the total cost of the vehicle and how it broke down after financing. It was clear and straight forward which I appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership as it has been good to us more than once. We will return for a 3rd vehicle when the time comes.
