Best Experience Ever This is probably the best experience I've had. Lexus of Massapequa was the last dealership on my list, it wasn't my first, I was bent on getting an Audi A7 from Audi of Huntington, the worst experience ever, it took them over a week to run my credit, buying a car from there they acted as if they were doing me a favor, every time I had a question to the sales person, he would direct me to speak to the manager himself. No eye contact, no handshakes, no greetings, people that don't have social skills, as much as I wanted that car I was fed up of dealing with them, that experience lasted me 4 days of going back and forth, taking time out from my schedule. I've looked at BMW 5 series but didn't really feel it was for me, same with Benz, nothing really caught my attention. I ended up taking a ride to Lexus just for the xxxx of it, from the door in everyone of the staff members had a smile on their face and greeted my family and I. I saw the GS350, which I liked but had never driven it before, and was approached by Mike Cavaliere, he didn't try to stuff Lexus down my throat asked me what cars I was looking for, gave me his honest opinion, and asked if I wanted to take the car for a spin. He was very friendly, very sociable, most of all honest and down to earth, and very understanding. I took the car out for a ride, not only was the ride smoother, the car was roomier and just as sporty, I wasn't 100% convinced but Mike was winning me over. When I came back, Mike was already trying to find me the best deals possible and trying to find what would be right for me, how he could save me money, there was no beating around the bush, no gimmicks. If I had a question he didn't have the answer to he went to his boss, instead of making me go, and every single time, his response was, "sure why not, let me try it wouldn't hurt to try", this was a person willing to work with me and for me. On top of it all, offered tea, Lexus cookies which were awesome, made my family feel at home and at ease. He was able to find me the best deal ever, I mean no one that I have seen has been able to top my deal, and the entire process was handled the same day in less than 2 hours. Everyone at Lexus was very helpful even people that I wasn't dealing with were very friendly and offered great advice. To seal the deal I worked with Larry Smath to run my credit, again it took Audi of Huntington an entire day to process my paperwork, and an entire 7 days to approve me, Larry Smath did it painlessly in less than 30 minutes. These people are great. If you're looking for a car, and you have an interest in Lexus, I would recommend this place almost every single time, I felt like I was dealing with family, and my best interests were put forth, I was never rushed, nothing was ever handled with incompleteness, every question I had was answered, best experience ever, I can't overstate that. You should def check out Lexus of Massapequa, talk to anyone there, but since I dealt with Mike Cavaliere, I would recommend him, and Larry Smath, those guys are first class acts, and you can't buy that experience. -Vlad More

I reached the agreement with internet sales team via Edmunds.com web site, I walked in the dealership and met with very friendly staffs. I paid the agreed price and pick up the car. We have really bad experience with auto salesmen, especially in Long Island. Either we got someone who has an attitude or we got someone who are pushy and demanding. Worst off, when you finally past through the sales, you are confronted by some obnoxious finance guys, who really makes you feel like you are at his mercy - you don’t own the car unless he says so that kind of thing. (We got that same experience more than twice!!) When we met Danny, his approachable personality took us by surprise, it was a breath of fresh air! His sincere attitude and willingness to work with you is what won us over. In our book, he is the gem of this dealership and we will definitely return for our future purchase. To add more positive note to this buying experience is their knowledgeable and friendly Financial Services Director, Larry Smath. He has great customer service skill, he is thorough and makes our closing more pleasant than intimidating. In the end, we are grateful for these two gentlemen, who provide us not only great service but positive hope that good customer service is still there. Thank you, Danny and Larry! It’s a 10 for us! I had dealt with Mike Zishuk in the past and came in to speak with him about our family needs, originally looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, patient, efficient, a good listener and spent a great deal of time with me discussing various options. I had been interested in a lease and after going over numerous options, vehicles available and discussing my specific needs. Mike suggested that the RX 350 would satisfy my needs and that a lease on a new RX 350 could possibly come to less or similar to the cost of a pre-owned. He ran the numbers based on a few scenarios and it turned out that he was correct. Mike put me into the vehicle that I needed for a very fair price and I drove out in my new RX 350 that day.
