I leased my 2009 lexus es 350 from Lexus of Massapequa .I was very satisfied with the sales and the service center.I was so happy with the car that i I leased my 2009 lexus es 350 from Lexus of Massapequa .I was very satisfied with the sales and the service center.I was so happy with the car that i decided to lease the 2012 es 350 .When i was ready to return the car the dealershipI said due to the tsunami the 2012 lexus will not be available for at least six to ten months.The mistake i made was not to wait the 6-10 months ,and to lease a vehicle from another mfg.I was a very unhappy with the perfomance and various electrical issues during the entire 3 year lease.The dealership was very understanding and offered me a new 2013 car.I told the dealership i was not interested in their offer.I was so happy with the way i was treated at Lexus of Massapequa in the past that i decided not to shop around for a new car ,but to go directely to LOM.I negotated an excellent deal with Gary and Phil. I just picked up my 2014 es300h today.Gary was not available to help me,but Phil was there to walk me through the operation of a hybrid.He answered all my questions.What impressed me most was the team work of these two salesmen.I would recommend to all my friends to purchase or lease a Lexus from LOM. We have found Lexus of Massapequa to always have the best offers and most efficient sales team. On this most recent excursion we entered a different dealership telling the salesman that we were interested in comparing leasing a new RX350 or buying our current car that was coming off lease. He then wanted us to test drive the 2015, which is essentially the same as my 2011, which we refused. Then we spent the next 1 1/2 hours trying to get a price to lease and also to find out the cost to buy. After he returned with an offer to lease, we said, "what about the financing numbers" to which he then (after 1 hour) gave a credit application. We finally were given numbers, left the dealership and my husband called Lexus of Massapequa to see what they had available. He was given a quote over the phone, we went down to speak with Phil Rodriguez who was extremely knowledgable as well as Salmon Umar, a manager whom we had leased my husband's care back in 2011. Not only did we receive a fast response to our query but we also saved a very considerable amount on the monthly lease. We ended up with a leasing 2 new RX350 as we both felt comfortable with dealing with a dealership that understand the needs of their client. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership More
