Stewart Schnissel welcomed us to the show room and went out of his way to give us a detailed explanation of the vehicle; features, safety, technology and more. Stewart continued to deliver outstanding customer service and patience as we went through the process of leasing our vehicle. Blaise continued the customer service experience seamlessly and helped us put all of the final details together. Two days later we were back to pick up our brand new RX 350, and Stewart was there with a big smile, encouraging us and explaining the "how-tos" of the initially intimidating technology of the RX. Shortly after this mini-lesson, we were on our way home with the RX. Hats off to Blaise and especially Stewart for showing us that we, the customers, matter and are important to Lexus of Massapequa. Great experience buying a car I just picked up a new Lexus from this dealership. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. My salesman, Stew Schnissel, was I just picked up a new Lexus from this dealership. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. My salesman, Stew Schnissel, was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and not 'pushy' at all. We went over every inch of the car and he new everything about it. He was able to give me sound reasons for buying a Lexus over any other brand. I highly recommend Stew to anybody that goes to this dealership. I then dealt with Manager Chris Moody. I had purchased 2 cars from Chris at the last dealership he worked at and found him to fair, honest, and great to deal with there also. I was very pleasantly surprised to see he had switched to this dealership. We worked out a great price without that high pressure sales pitch nonsense you normally get from dealers. I can honestly say that I got a great car at a fair price while dealing with 2 very pleasant gentlemen. I highly .recommend these men and this dealership to everybody More

I have leased 3 cars from this dealership and my first 2 experiences were great, this last one was a disaster and I will never return to this dealership again. Even though the Sales Manager asked my salesperson to "treat me like family", he was the newest, most inexperienced, brain dead sales person I have ever dealt with and, I have bought/leased approximately 20 new cars in my driving years. He is not even listed on this website as a salesperson and I'm wondering if he is just there on a trial basis or on loan from another dealer that got rid of him. He knew NOTHING about the car, the features, the paperwork or anything except having me sign the paperwork. Even signing the paperwork was painful as I had to explain what some of the documents were to him or if I didn't know, he had to keep jumping up and running to his manager to ask. He was not forthcoming with information about what I was signing and I had to keep asking. I was being pressured to take the car on my first visit, even though I wanted the remote start installed first. They said that I could bring the car back to have it installed but I never heard of buying a product that wasn't complete with everything you wanted. We agreed on a day that I would pick up the car which was this past Friday. Once we got through all the signing, I discovered that they had mixed up my order and although I ordered the protective trim on the doors, it was not on the car. My salesperson told me that they came in too late and they wanted to deliver the car, I got a different story from the manager. The remote start was installed but again, the car was not complete. We agreed that I would bring the car back to the service center on Saturday and the trim would be installed which it was. My major gripe #10, and this is a big one, was that my salesperson did not even know that there was an app within the Lexus Enform suite that I could have used as a remote start for the car. After I had it installed and we were sitting in the car for the grueling last minute hookups, did I find out about the app from the person that was hooking me up to the emergency contact service. That was the last straw, if I could, I would have canceled the deal right then and there. Actually that was not the last straw, the only thing left to do was hook up my iPhone to the car............my salesperson had to call in someone else to do it because he couldn't. I finally drove the car away, annoyed but hoping that after Saturday's service center visit I would be done, wrong. On Sunday morning, there was 5" of snow on the car and around my house. I went to use the remote start the same way I always did and it did not work. My former '13 GS350 worked by pressing the remote key 4 times. I texted the manager and called the salesperson and of course the salesperson had to call me back because he had no answer for me. When he called me back it turns out that there was a change with the new remote and it worked differently. It finally worked. Also, I was told that I would get exactly the same extras that I had on my 2013 GS and I did not. I didn't get the heated steering wheel which, although not a major problem, it would have been nice to have it since I gave it up on my other car or at least told that it was not included on the new car. In summary, I have never written a review like this for any other purchase I have ever made, not only cars but other major appliances and houses!!! In the past, I always had good experiences at this Lexus dealership and service center. I still praise the service center but I will not return to this dealer or salesperson. It's very sad that this person was still allowed to remain at this dealer after the review I read from January. Hoping this helps to improve service to future customers. More

We had none of the usual back and forth bargaining that we experienced in the past at other dealerships (which is tiring after awhile). Instead we were treated by professsional, knowledgeable and experienced representatives of Lexus, and we quickly came to an agreement. This is my first Lexus - bought the new NX200t and absolutely love it. Thanks to all who we worked with on Valentine's Day, but a special thanks to Stewart Schnissel, our sales rep, who was with us every step of the way on our purchase. Thank you all.
