Jason Kelsey was by far the best car salesman I've ever worked with. From the beginning he was completely understanding in the complex deal I was wanting to pursue, trading in my power boat for a part ever worked with. I had initially been steered towards the Tiguan model by other car salesmen, but Jason quickly identified that the Golf would much better fit our needs. He was completely right. I had never been notified that the Tiguans' recommended fuel was Premium, amongst other things! After taking a drive in the Golf, and loving it, Jason allowed us to test drive a few other vehicles, so we could gain some perspective, even taking us to another affiliated dealership! Afterwards, we shook hands on the deal and came to pick up the Golf the next day. This car was a gift to my cousin, and being her very first vehicle, it was a special day. We arrived to find that Jason had spent a lot of time decorating her new car with a giant bow, and balloons tied on all sides!! You couldn't have planned a better moment! More

I needed a new car because my old one - a Buick - although running well, was 13 years old. I did not want to worry about something going wrong. He offered to go with me to make a purchase because I am not that savvy about cars. Mostly I want something dependable to get me from point A to point B with no problems. Jason was our sales person and did fine job of presenting the Jetta I bought. He went for a test drive with us and explained many things about the auto we test drove. He was pleasant and informative without being at all pushy. I felt very comfortable with this very nice young man. He has been very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing this Jetta. I am very pleased with the performance of this Jetta so far as I have been driving it. More

Clarence Nelson was very honest and did not use high pressure techniques to make a sale. He was very forthright in what he could and could not do for us. The used car had some minor dings, a few dents, some paint scratches and a fallen headliner, although the car was "as is" Clarence was able to get all the work done (the headliner outsourced) at a very low price, $500.00 in all, a fraction of what others would charge. This was added to the deal for the total price of the car. Whoever did the body work was not happy with the final outcome and asked if we could bring the car back to get it to be perfect (new car look). I am very satisfied with the work that was done and I would highly recommend Clarence Nelson if you are making a car purchase. Clarence, If you are reading this....Thank You!!
