It was a great experience. Tom Farabaugh is the best in the business. His knowledge of automobiles, ability to get me exactly what I want is top of the line. Ok, they were very nice at first. A bit pushy. But once I signed teh contract it was like they forgot about me. They messed up paper work. Didn't fix what I asked on a used car. Messed up a bunch of stuff on signed teh contract it was like they forgot about me. They messed up paper work. Didn't fix what I asked on a used car. Messed up a bunch of stuff on the certified part. Not a great experience. 6 months later, I am still trying to get it all sorted out. i don't have a copy of the road side assistance. In fact, my bank still needs the title. More

Everyone was friendly, & willing to help & direct us to the right person right away when we walked through the door. The gentlemen who assisted us in the purchase of the Pickup were very knowledgable & helpful. They were willing to listen & help me work up a deal to fit my budget with this paticular vehicle. The price was pretty comparable to the bluebook value of the vehicle. Thanks to all who helped me purchase my pickup truck @ Stokes Brown Toyota of Bluffton. More

The car is great but the service and professionalism was horrible. They did not know about any of the scion accessories or prices. It took weeks to get my selected wheel covers put on. Then they made my pay horrible. They did not know about any of the scion accessories or prices. It took weeks to get my selected wheel covers put on. Then they made my payments start a week after I finally got the car. They kept messing up my paper work. They never called me back when I left messages to check on progress. They are just a bad car dealer. Never again. Never again. Never again. More
