Mrs. Macdonald and I have been familiar with this dealership since we leased our first Toyota Prius. That was a four year lease and in April with a year to go we decided to see what this year's Prius dealership since we leased our first Toyota Prius. We stopped mid afternoon on a Saturday and asked for our previous sales representative, Brette Reed. He was available and most patient as we looked at and were given a road test in several models. Finally, Mrs. Macdonald happened to notice a Prius with a sun roof on the showroom floor. We were attracted to it even though it did not have leather seats, earlier thought by us to be an absolute requirement. Brette was able to convince us that the cloth seats would be equally serviceable and long wearing. That did it and we made the decision to go ahead. More

I live in PA and traveled 10 1/2 hrs to stokes/brown to purchase a new truck. Why? because they had the best price I could find for what I wanted, a 2010 Tundra Limited and the salesman always answered his purchase a new truck. Found the Chrysler online using Ebay. I then called the number displayed and Mr. Ingram answered. I knew from the start we were talking to someone that wanted to help me, and my wife. I had no problem trusting him, like when I sent money by bank wire. He helped me in every way that someone could. I know he was working with other customer's but I felt like he was only working with me. I know he probably got tired of me calling so much but I did want to know every thing a person would want to know about the van because it is going to be our family's major vehicle to get to those baseball games, and to school. But Mr. Ingram never acted it bothered him a bit, because he was eager to help me. A #1 dealership, even when it is almost 400 miles from my home. When my wife and I left that day we felt " Great ", and not cheated or made to feel stupid like some dealerships do. I will go back, and tell everyone where we got the van. The sales experience went well with the exception that the sale wasn't finalized with the same salesman. But you got to understand salesmen need their time off as well.
