When I tell you Shawn Fludd worked hard for us, that doesn't even scratch the surface! The third week of august my husband worked with Shawn. I came to Stokes to trade my Jetta for a new/used car. I met with Paul and I told him that I wanted to trade my car for something else. After looking at the lease options, I decided to look at used Highlan met with Paul and I told him that I wanted to trade my car for something else. After looking at the lease options, I decided to look at used Highlanders. Paul was very thorough and honest when it came to the pricing and options I was looking for. Paul came in on his days off to make sure the service I was getting from the dealership while he was gone was satisfactory. After purchasing the vehicle, Paul followed up with phone calls and emails to make sure I was still happy with my decision to trade in for the Highlander. I was on vacation in Hilton Head when my '99 Corolla broke down. I had it towed to Stokes Brown after hours, only to find out that the Service Manager (Curtis Krauss) waited past close time on a Friday broke down. I had it towed to Stokes Brown after hours, only to find out that the Service Manager (Curtis Krauss) waited past close time on a Friday night, to ensure I arrived safely. I was SHOCKED! My car was immediately diagnosed the next morning, whereafter I realized that the repairs exceeded the Kelley Blue Book trade in value of my car. Additionally, to replace the broken part, I'd have to stay in Hilton Head another 3 days (the part had to be shipped) at a time in the yr that is peak season for all hotels. Staying to have the old Corolla repaired soon became a ridiculous option, even tho I loved my car and didn't want to "upgrade". Nevertheless, I asked to speak w/a salesperson and was immediately put in touch with Brette Reed. I was completely stressed when Brette and I began talking, and he committed to me that he'd take care of me either way - saying that even if I opted to stay and have my car repaired, he'd help me find a clean hotel to stay in. He was very respectful, kind, caring and most of all NOT intrusive. Not once did I feel that Brette pressured me into doing anything. So, when we first spoke, I told him that I was open minded to looking at newer options (Corolla, Matrix, Rav4 and Camry), as well as any used, certified cars. We test drove 3 cars - one Corolla and two Camrys. Initially, before I drove it, I didn't feel too excited by the Camry as the base models all seemed stale to me. After test driving it, I was amazed at how much more stable and secure I felt. The difference was that I was use to a compact car, and the Camry introduced me to a mid-size vehicle. But after driving the base model, which was a 4 cylinder, I didn't feel passionate about the way the car drove. So, the salesman introduced me to the v6 SE. I fell in love! The car sold itself in its aesthetics, response, handling, etc., so Brette's job was to assist me in getting the pricing I could afford. Obviously he delivered, as I walked away with my new Camry SE. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!!!!!! The staff as a whole was beyond courteous, helpful, caring and insistent in exceeding my expectations and delivering quality customer service and a quality vehicle. The Sales Manager, Jim Goss, met with me briefly before I left the dealership in my new car, to ensure I was treated with the utmost respect and car by Brette. I conveyed to Mr. Goss that Brette was at all times professional, respectful, dedicated to my business and happiness. (Brette continuously stated as we worked together that he wanted to ensure that I walked off the lot happy and satisfied with zero regrets.) I did! The staff worked efficiently and effectively as a team to deliver quality at all times to me. I felt like royalty and can't thank them enough. More

Paul and Stacie were great to work with, and tried very hard to do their best for us. We bought the car at a fair price, and when damage was noticed on the bumper after the "clean up", they stood by us, a hard to do their best for us. Larry worked to quickly find the SCION I wanted with the right color and right options. He never pressured me to take a car that was not exactly what I wanted. I usually would not buy these, but the explaned benefits seemed woth the price so I did extend the warrantee and buy the road hazzard package. More
