Overall, I was pleased with the experience. Being that I live in Charleston and had to make the commute to Stokes Brown Toyota, it was not easy for me to make the trip. I was disappointed the first time I came down to the dealership because the truck I saw advertised online was no longer available and the truck I discussed over the phone with Ms. Gates was in limbo as far as its availability. My major concern with the experience was the web site. I felt that the trucks advertised as being on site at the 100 Fording Road location were misrepresented. Trucks that were sold days before were still listed. Ms. Gates was very kind and helpful throughout the experience. More
