I received a letter from the manager asking for me to bring in my 2008 Prius to see if he could put me in a 2010. This letter peeked my interest and my wife and I went by on Saturday 16 Oct 10. The salesman Bill Z was very helpful and he introduced me to the sales manager, who explained the reason for the letter. Bill found out what I wanted in a vehicle and let my wife and I drive it while they appraised our current vehicle. I thought the firs monthly payments were out of my comfort range and I told him I had decided to keep the 2008. He suggested that they could put me in the exact vehicle but a 2010 for less payments. While he was running the numbers my wife talked me into the 2010. When I told him that I would take the 2010, he suggested that I could take my wife to pick up her car, that was at another dealership for maintenance, and to drive the 2010 that we were looking at. When I got back he advised me that he could get me into the 2010 with 0% interest and I would have 2 years free maintenance and the new warranty. Even though the payment was higher than I was originally comfortable with (it was higher because of my negative equity) I decided that I could make this deal work. When I went to sign the paperwork Jimmy was very accomodating. When I bought the 2008 Prius from Stokes Brown I bought the maintenance package and when I went to use it I realized that it had been misrepresented, and it did not cover what I presumed that it did. I had a very sour taste in my mouth for this dealership. When Jimmy found out that I had bought the 2008 from Stokes Brown he checked the records and found that I had a discount coming to me for the waranty on the old vehicle. I felt that he was working for me and my interests as he found ways to take care of me and my family. From discount coupons to the rebated waranty costs, I felt very thankful to have him taking car eo fthis sale. He mentioned the gap insurance to protect em from the negative equity if I were to wreck the car. I had never heard of this and again felt that he was watching out for my interests. My view of this dealership has changed completely. I would deffinitely shop at Stokes Brown again, especially if these two gentlemen are still there when I next search for a vehicle. More

I purchased a Toyota because I like the Avalon, this is my second Avalon and it is a great car. Also, it was a pleasure dealing with Paul Osborne, the salesperson.
