I went through USAA's autocircle online service, which directed me to a dealer further away . We went next door to stokes brown Toyota and tried the car on, with Richard's help. When I told him we were buying the car at another dealer he said that he would do everything to match the price, since we were much more convenient to use and future service would be excellent! So not only did they match the price but got better financing package, 1 less year at same $ monthly AND extra years of service and warranty to boot! My husband Jim fell I'll during our visit and Richard drove him home, while Keith helped finish our transaction and program my phone into the car bluetooth audio system! After John got me a better loan rate and term I was able to take the paperwork home for Jim to sign and return at my convenience the next day! Someone has called every day to see how we like the csr, check in on my husband, introduce themselves from the service department! I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family! In the end the cars that Garrett had picked out were the perfect fit for my family. We were a little confused about the financing options when were talking with financing. When Jim Goss the Sales Manger took time sit down and explain the different options. Both Jim Goss and Garrett then gave us time alone to discuss and make a decision with out feeling rushed or pressure. More
I recently received a post card in the mail expressing Toyota wanting to purchase my leased car. Before I contacted Stokes Brown Toyota, Bill Z called to see if I was interested. I expressed interest, however, I was interested in the Rav4 but had to stay close to my current lease payment. Bill Z had all this handled for me prior to my visit on Tuesday. There were no games, no hassles, no misrepresentation. Everything went smoothly. And I got the car I wanted within my price range. Bill was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and kind. By far this was my best car buying experience ever. More
My experience at Stokes Brown Toyota of Hilton Head was very interesting. I originally visited the dealership to look at a used truck but by the time I was able to get to the lot, the truck had sold. At that point I had no idea what I was going to do. I sat across the desk from my salesman Paul Osborne and didn't even know what to say! After a minute or two, Paul asked what he could do for me? I was hesitant in purchasing a new vehicle but Paul assured me he knew what I "needed". He was right, I "needed" to get out and test drive a 2011 Tundra. I gave Paul guidelines on where I wanted to be and he did what he had to do to get the price into those guidelines. I am a first time Toyota buyer and the experience I had with Paul Osborne and the entire Stokes Brown family was great. Paul's boss Tom even help out when I thought I wasn't getting the best bang for my buck. I strongly recommend anyone considering buying a new Toyota to seek out Paul Osborne from Stokes Brown Toyota of Hilton Head. More
We purchased a used Volvo C-90. The car unfortunatley had a bad transmission. The dealership and Gary did everything they could to make this problem right. Gary was very friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Paul Osborne, was friendly and knowledgeable at all times. He explained all the features of each vehicle that we looked at in detail. Even though the model we selected at the dealership he was able to find it at another dealership and made arrangements for it to be delivered quickly. When it arrived he informed us that it was ready and we could take delivery at our convenience. At that point he again reviewed all the features. He made the overall process of buying a new car easy and stress-free. More

Paul Osborne was very friendly, informative, patient, and gave excellent customer service! This is the first dealership I have been to where there was no stress or pressure for "the sale".
