I searched and searched for the right car at the right price for weeks. Finally--and fortunately for me--I ended up finding Paul Osborne at Stokes Brown Toyota in Hilton Head. I had already looked at so m price for weeks. Finally--and fortunately for me--I ended up finding Paul Osborne at Stokes Brown Toyota in Hilton Head. I had already looked at so many cars that I knew a good deal when I saw one...and they gave me a great deal on an 06 Jeep. The only problem is I live about 3 hours from Hilton Head but Paul Osborne solved that for me as well. He quickly rounded up 2 drivers and they followed me home with the new Jeep for no additional charge. Paul Osborne and Stokes Brown Toyota went above and beyond for me--and I truly appreciate it. For some time I have been considering exchanging our 2008 Sequoia for a new, smaller vehicle. I have been working with Paul Osborne during this process. My wife,the primary driver of the vehicle, had to be s Sequoia for a new, smaller vehicle. I have been working with Paul Osborne during this process. My wife,the primary driver of the vehicle, had to be satisfied with the change.She didn't like the Highlander nor the SR5. After much work and patience Paul has put her in a new 4Runner,Limited. She loves it! Paul was never pushey nor overly aggressive in any of our dealings. He never showed any impatience with our process. After the sale he was determined to be very thorough as he made sure the transaction was not completed until we drove away satisfied. I've seen salesman walk away after the "deal was done" and leave the details to someone else. That was NOT the case with Paul. I will strongly recommend him to others. Don Davis More

This is my sixth Toyota Avalon XLS. That much faith in a brand should tell you a lot about a very analytical "perfectionist's" impression of not only this brand, but where I decided to lease my 2011 Toyota Avalon XLS. As a Quality Systems Consultant for the Big Three auto makers (principally Ford Motor Co.) and their 1st tier suppliers in achieving international Quality Systems (ISO 9000) plus added automotive quality management standards (QS 9000) in the late 1990's and early 2000's, we defined "Quality" simply as "Attitude," in addition to "doing things right the first time." We were pre-approved with a lender before going in. Had a bad deal with another dealer and returned the vehicle. From the moment we walked in Stokes Brown there was no rush no pressure. Talked with Loan before coming up and was helpful and mentioned she had vehicles in stock on what we were looking for. Loan was very helpful in getting the vehicle's ready for a test drive and during the whole process she never rushed us in our descion. After completeing the test drives we had a choice to make. Orginally the vehicle was out of our pre-approval amount and would had to have a significant down payment. While were going over our options Loan talked with her Manager to ensure we left in the vehicle my wife wanted and returned with the offer and told her deal. Loan, her Manger, the fianace Manger all made us feel what we are a customer meeting our needs, unlike some other dealers acting they are doing you a favor when purchasing a car. If anyone is looking for a new or used vehilce I will tell them, when ready to buy call Stokes Brown of Hilton Head. They made buying a car hassle free. In this day and age that is very hard to find. SALESMAN GARY OSTERUDE HELPED ME, GOT ME OUT OF THE LEASE AND LEASED ME A NEW TOYOTA MATRIX FOR THE SAME I WAS TOYOTA COROLLA AND START A NEW LEASE.
