First of all I am sorry that your buying expierence did not live up to your expectations. We strive for a benchmark of excellence and we clearly did not do that in this case. There are several things that I would like to help clear up. The temperature of an geographic area affects tire pressure and the light. When and if the temperature drops the air in the tires condense and may dip below the threshold that sets the light off. We will not let a car out with the light on however if you leave the area it could affect it because of different temperatures. My salesperson should have demonstrated the car properly to you and if you have any questions about your car please call me and I will address them for you. The price we charged you was verified by me with your toyota contact and I spoke with you and your mother here at the store. The first place finish is on every car we sell but in your case we did not charge you for it but you still recieved it. I am curious on how Charles forced you to pay for the warranty? I have a signed copy of the menu you signed for and we even spoke to your brother before you signed for the warranty. But I want to be clear, you did not pay for first place finish you got it for free and the warranty that comes with it. I am sorry if we were not clear upfront that the first place finish was free. What can I do for you at this point? How can I help correct your bad taste for your experience?
