Everything I could ask for in a dealership when it comes to service. Very fast; in and out in less than 20 minutes, which has never happened to me at any other dealership when servicing a vehicle. Service manager Patrick Hayes was more than helpful in making my visit quick while still being very polite and keeping me updated on the status of my service. This service visit (50K) was the quickest & smoothest. My appointment time was honored precisely on time. The length of the service was estimated at one hour. The actual time was 55 minutes. I've been having cars serviced for forty years and have never been more pleased. I was greeted pleasantly upon arrival, had time for a cup of coffee ( no donuts available) and was presented with an invoice exactly as estimated. The removal of an unidentified stain on my front bumper was accomplished, as requested, at no charge. I had not been able to remove it with normal cleaning agents. Even the billing person was pleasant. I strongly recommend this dealer. I certainly will return for future service as well as my next Toyota. More
Stopped in with my Lexus 430 needing to deal with a couple of warning lights. Patrick was very polite and professional and the charge was very reasonable. Entire experience was pleasant. Overall experience at the dealership was great. Loren is a good guy and I felt I could trust him just a moment after meeting him. He had a no pressure approach to selling me the car. I can say that it is rare to walk into any dealership and not feel like the sales reps existance depends on the SALE RIGHT NOW. I would deal with Loren in the future IF the need ever arises. I should add however that it got to be quite bothersome recieving calls constantly from what seemed like everyone that works at Stokes-Brown after my purchase. The timing was never good as I WORK for a living. The call from Loren would have been fine, or you guys could at least wait until I've driven the car for a bit befor inquiring about my likes or dislikes. All in all though, I was very happy to have purchased my first NON FORD EVER. More
My husband and I wished to continue to work with a "local" dealer if at all possible. We had touched based with Brette Reed after having our 90K mile service on our 2005 Prius. Brette did not overwhelm us with calls or push in any way, just encouraged us to call him when we were ready...which we did. We feel like we were given a very reasonable price on our new 2010 Prius. We had already priced vehicles through on-line services and with one other more-distant dealership as a starting point. We did not need to trade in our older Prius since we were able to sell it privately to another very anxious Prius-owner-to-be! So we were pleased that we were able to get the car that we wanted at a price that was within our expectations. We never felt insulted, talked-down-to, ridiculed, etc. (This has all happened to us in some past transactions, although not at Stokes Brown Toyota-Hilton Head!) Vehicle purchasers in general, I think, always have a feeling that they did not get the absolute rock-bottom price possible, but we felt VERY good about our deal...and of course, we LOVE our new Prius! More
Buyer beware, shop at any other Toyota dealer. I can not stress enough stay away from this dealer. My car has been in shop three times in under thirty days. This is not a Toyota option but a dealer option only so save some money get better service and buy elsewhere. I have to extend my review to, 250 characters what a shocker. Pay special attention to what Charles in finance says! Also don't be surprised to be disappointed if you still decide to purchase from this dealer. More

great experience. Loan and JAmes were great and really went out of there way to get me in the truck I wanted. The only thing I wiould mention is that my truck had a dent in tailgate,which stoke is paying went out of there way to get me in the truck I wanted.
