Dealer facility is first class. Large well managed inventory to choose from - None of the equipped options or car colors were questionable. Searched Toyota "Hot on the Lot" and found the car we primar inventory to choose from - None of the equipped options or car colors were questionable. Searched Toyota "Hot on the Lot" and found the car we primarily wanted to look at (2010 Matrix). Salesman was the most professional we have ever had in: ten years, five vehicles, 15 sales persons. I am generally irritated by people who call themselves sales professionals. They have nothing to offer, primarily order takers and credit pushers. This salesman provided legitimate insight to the three and five door cars they offered. Ended up with a 2011 Scion Tc, which was more the car to meet our expectations. Also Very Much Approve of No Dealer Charges which is their policy. Note: We drove three hours to get to this dealer and it was worth it. More

On a recent trip to Hilton Head I ran into a tremendous rain storm that triggered several dash board lights to come on. I became concerned and called Stokes Brown Toyota Scion of Hilton Head. I spoke on the phone with Patrick Hayes who explained that he couldn't suggest a course of action until he was able to plug the computer into the car to diagnose the problem. He said he'd get the car in right away. I was able to drive to the dealership and Patrick did indeed get my car in right away. The technician did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem. He ran a list of possible solutions. Patrick walked me through the list and reassured me that I would be able to drive the 1000 miles home safely. He suggested that I take the list to my local dealer and discuss the problem. I'm home safely and thankful that Stokes Brown and Patrick Hayes was avaliable to reassure me, a very worried traveller. The concern was real and the relief was palpable because of the prompt and competent service I recieved at the agency. More

We have owned Hondas before, but so far, have been much happier with our Toyotas. I will be calling Patrick back next year if I find out that they have come out with a sunroof in the white Scion XB. I can truthfully say, that was my only disappointment! More
