There was confusion about whether the car had navigation system, whether or not it was dealer certified, the odometer was 1000 miles misstated and a few dents we didn't see at first inspection I don't feel system, whether or not it was dealer certified, the odometer was 1000 miles misstated and a few dents we didn't see at first inspection I don't feel these problems were the sales folks fault. I took the car back the next day feeling very disappointed that I had not obtained the car that I intended to purchase. I then looked at another Prius an for $5128 more bought it leaving much more satisfied. The only concern at present is what my warranty is on this second car. I did not receive any paperwork in this regard as I had on the first car. More

Patrick bent over backwards to work every possible way to get me an affordable car, and get it to me in Pennsylvania. He kept me up to date every step of the way, calling me often, emailing me and sending me pictures of my new car. He set everything up and I barely did a thing but send him my information. He set everything up with my parents and me, and kept us posted everyday. I even got a call just checking to see how I liked my new car. I can not thank him enough for all he did for me and my family. I tried to get a car in PA, and had no such luck. Over that 24 years I have had the displeasure of meeting an extreme number of dishonest sales people. It was a wonderful surprise to not have caught Mr. Brown telling me any lies at all. He was positive and very upbeat. Considering how I started out with the poor guy I am still very grateful he did not pass me off to someone else. He would have been justified to do so. My situation was a challenge to say the least and Chris hung in there and we finally found the perfect vehicle for my circumstances. The entire staff deserves high marks for friendliness and, ahem Patience! Stokes Brown has a gem with Mr. Brown. Anyone shopping for a vehicle should put this dealership on the shopping list.
