I took the car back the next day feeling very disappointed that I had not obtained the car that I intended to purchase. I then looked at another Prius an for $5128 more bought it leaving much more satisfied. The only concern at present is what my warranty is on this second car. I did not receive any paperwork in this regard as I had on the first car. More

Over that 24 years I have had the displeasure of meeting an extreme number of dishonest sales people. It was a wonderful surprise to not have caught Mr. Brown telling me any lies at all. He was positive and very upbeat. Considering how I started out with the poor guy I am still very grateful he did not pass me off to someone else. He would have been justified to do so. My situation was a challenge to say the least and Chris hung in there and we finally found the perfect vehicle for my circumstances. The entire staff deserves high marks for friendliness and, ahem Patience! Stokes Brown has a gem with Mr. Brown. Anyone shopping for a vehicle should put this dealership on the shopping list.
