The removable captian's chair in my Sienna lost a clip and needed fixing. When I set the chair in the car, the back clamps of the chair locked and the chair was stuck. I now know this is quite a problem and requires a lot of work to fix. Patrick Hayes, the service technician, took my temper tantrum in stride and asked me to wait a couple of minutes in the lounge with my 3 children. This was supposed to be a quick chair fix that could now mean at least 2 hours - yuck. Patrick personally took my car to the back and had two mechanics pry the clasp loose with 2 crowbars simultaneously. They removed the seat and had it repaired within 10 minutes. Two hours saved and a positive experience. Thank you Patrick for your help and patience. You were a real pro! More
My wife and I appreciated the Christian music being played in the showroom. We also were pleased to find a phamplet in our console about how to be a Christian. While on vacation my bug reflector on my Sequoia came loose. I took it to Stokes Brown and as pleasantly greeted by Curtis Krauss in the service department. My family and I were on vacation in Hilton Head, SC from Dallas, TX. Just as we were leaving to continue our trip from Hilton Head to Washington, DC, the check engine light went on in my Toyota Camry Hybri Dallas, TX. Just as we were leaving to continue our trip from Hilton Head to Washington, DC, the check engine light went on in my Toyota Camry Hybrid. It was a very high stress situation for my family as this could have seriously delayed our trip. Curtis Krauss at Stokes Brown Toyota was very understanding and helpful. He was able to get the car into the shop, analyze the problem, and make the warranty repair very quickly. In fact, all during the process, Curtis' time estimates kept getting better and better and we were able to leave in less than 90 minutes! I am extremely grateful to Curtis and the rest of the service dept for their excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Stokes Brown Toyota service department to anyone seeking service for their Toyota vehicle. More
Kevin Mitchell was very friendly and accomadating. We bought a 1999 Buick century. My wife picked up the car and thought the windows were dirty. She attempted to clean them at home but realized they were bought a 1999 Buick century. My wife picked up the car and thought the windows were dirty. Took the car to glass pro to have windshield replaced at a cost of $289.00 Other than that we are satisfied with the vehicle. I feel the dealer should pay the cost ,but I guess with a used car , it's buyer beware. More
