The removable captian's chair in my Sienna lost a clip and needed fixing. When I set the chair in the car, the back clamps of the chair locked and the chair was stuck. Patrick Hayes, the service technician, took my temper tantrum in stride and asked me to wait a couple of minutes in the lounge with my 3 children. This was supposed to be a quick chair fix that could now mean at least 2 hours - yuck. Patrick personally took my car to the back and had two mechanics pry the clasp loose with 2 crowbars simultaneously. They removed the seat and had it repaired within 10 minutes. Two hours saved and a positive experience. Thank you Patrick for your help and patience. You were a real pro! More

My wife and I appreciated the Christian music being played in the showroom. We also were pleased to find a phamplet in our console about how to be a Christian. While on vacation my bug reflector on my Sequoia came loose. I took it to Stokes Brown and as pleasantly greeted by Curtis Krauss in the service department.
