Instead this was a very easy and pleasant experience. Tim was more than helpful in explaining the difference between Prius models and answering all questions. It was obvious he is well versed in the knowledge of the products. He was very pleasant to work with. Shawn handled the financing process without overselling the add-on warranty options. He explained them simply and clearly and walked us through the payment options and could not have been more helpful.
