Service department not what toyota stands for. Didn't know prices , I was interrupted by another service guy to complain about a customer, get new guys that care about the brand. After they had picked out the the vehicle they wanted we were waiting for the person in financing finalize the sale.A little later the person in question came out to get my daughter and granddaughter and at that time i asked the person in question if he could do me a favor only because me and my wife had had dealing with the person question before. My exact words was i know that by law you have to offer certain things to my daughter but could you do me a favor because my daughter cant afford any higher payments and she don,t want anything else so could you make the offers and when she says no move on to the next one because my daughter and grand daughter are heading back to michigan tomorrow and we are in a hurry.The person in question then stated in a very threatening , intimidating and loud voice that he would take as long as he wanted and that he didnt care what we wanted, I then informed him that i dont like his attitude More
