Start to finish...3 hours I don't normally write reviews for anything but I have to give credit where credit is due. Stokes Brown Hilton Head has an all around outstanding sta I don't normally write reviews for anything but I have to give credit where credit is due. Stokes Brown Hilton Head has an all around outstanding staff. My Wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Stokes and had nothing but positive experiences from those sales. The majority of my experience with dealerships, like most people, you're there for 4+ hours haggling with the salesman and him running back and forth 10 times to the sales manager to lock in a sale. This is definitely not the case with Stokes of Hilton Head. The first vehicle we were there for 2 1/2 hours, and about 3 to 4 hours with the 2nd and 3rd because they were busy. That's lighting speed compared to what we were use to. Glenn Mariott was our Sales Consultant for all our purchases and he was by far the most professional salesman we ever dealt with. There was no sales pushing at Stokes like you would experience from most dealers, and Glenn was upfront and honest with pricing and got us the bottom dollar payment every time. The finance dept has got their job done to a science. With the mound of paper you have to do, you may spend about 30 min - 45 min completing it and they usually have found a way to lower your payment even more. Shawn and Dustin are the finance gurus and they can get you in and out like clockwork. If you are looking to purchase any type of vehicle and don't want to make it an entire day process, then I highly recommend you make your next purchase with Stokes Brown Hilton Head. You definitely won't be disappointed. I'm sure all the Sales Consultants are very professional, but I would definitely seek out Glenn for your buying experience! More

REPLACE MY DEFECTIVE 2013 TUNDRA DRIVERS SEAT! I have been trying to have my 2013 Tundra drivers seat replaced under Warranty. I can not believe the whoops that I need to jump through in order to h I have been trying to have my 2013 Tundra drivers seat replaced under Warranty. I can not believe the whoops that I need to jump through in order to have my seat replaced. My drivers seat continually squeaks and is not repairable. Stokes Brown tried to repair and is unsuccessful in doing so. I have contacted Toyota Corporate who in turn assigned me a case manager by the name of Isaiah Arocho , Case Manager,Toyota Customer Experience. By the way my customer experience stinks! We have been going back and forth to render a solution for this problem. IT IS SIMPLE....REPLACE MY SEAT WITH A NEW ONE UNDER WARRANTY NOW!!!!! So now as the customer I am told to return to the service Department, so they may render a decision it needs replacing. My time is of Value and I am very dissatisfied with a dealership I once thought very highly of. This is taking way too long to fix! Stay tuned for the continuation of my saga. More

They make the car buying process easy! I saw a car I was interested in online at a different Stokes Brown Honda dealership about 70 miles away. I told them I had a car to sell and that I would not buy any car until my other car was sold. They worked with me until it was sold.They negotiated a fair price on the car that I purchased. Happy with 2 new cars Went in for an oil change on our 2012 Camry. Left much later with a new 2015Venza and a 2014 Camry. With 11 years experience owning a Camey, we know Camry is an excellent vehicle. The 2014 is even better, and we didn't think that was possible. The 2015 Venza is a new product to us.
