Richard as always made the buying process very easy and without any hassle. I told Richard what I was looking for and my ideal lease payment and he and the dealership came through once again. In my book Richard is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is never in a rush to close the sales transaction until he knows that I am totally satisfied with my payment and the car I am purchasing. I like the fact that Richard is concerned about establishing a relationship and friendship instead making a quick deal and moving on. As of this date we have purchased at least six Toyota’s from the Stokes Dealerships. All of the Toyotas we have purchased from Stokes has been serviced by them and have always had the best experience and never a problem. Just a side note, about a month ago my wife purchased a 2016 4 Runner from Stokes and Richard. The buying experience was just as good as what I just mentioned about buying my RAV4. More
