He was an absolute pleasure to go through the car purchasing process with and the best salesman I have worked with. We came in about an hour before closing and left well after the posted hours. He made the process smooth and efficient and was even cleaning the car himself before the keys were turned over to me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would enthusiastically recommend Tom Calcaterra and work with him again!!!! More

His knowledge was very helpful in pointing out some upcoming issues I might need to get addressed to I would not have any future problems with my Toyota Hybrid Camry. We love Stokes Brown Toyota and will continue to have our cars serviced there and buy future cars from there because of the quality of service. More
Liars, scandalous I went to 'look' at a car one day. I did just that however the sales person John Fernandez convinced me to have them look at my credit to see what the I went to 'look' at a car one day. I did just that however the sales person John Fernandez convinced me to have them look at my credit to see what they could possibly do to get me into a vehicle. I explaing to John that i was not comfortable doing that yet because i was only in the looking stage but i would be purchasing soon. Anyway i authorized Stoke Brown ONLY to run my credit and forbid them to not send them to any banks. 2 days later i checked my credit report and low and behold theres an inquiry on there from Capital One Auto Finance. Wth. I waited the next day to contact them only to be told that his manager must have done it when he told him not to. Not only that, the so called manager who did it always seems to be MIA. After leaving he said that the manager would call me as soon as he got back in. While i did receive a phone call, it was from the same shady salesperson and not the manager. He claimed to have spoken with him and that theres was nothing that could be done. The next day i returned to Stokes to address the problem, the manager is on a 2 week vacation in Hawaii. How convenient. Long story short these people are shady! Stay away from them. They do not care about customers needs or wants. They only care to fatten their wallets! Fyi through this entire mix up, they even came back with a xxxxty a** offer from capital one! More

I realize they are only doing their job but it is very off putting to me. Curtis understood and was very patient and took great care not to be aggressive.
