Worst Service Dept....EVER The worst Service Dept EVER. Made an appointment last week for today Sept. 15th, 2015 at 8:30 am for a 20,000 mile service. Arrived at 8:00am..checked The worst Service Dept EVER. Made an appointment last week for today Sept. 15th, 2015 at 8:30 am for a 20,000 mile service. Arrived at 8:00am..checked car in, very smooth so far. Got a cup of coffee and started watching TV. About 9:30 I started to get unhappy, and noticed all the same people were still sitting waiting around me. Then some were talking about the long wait and that their car was still parked and not brought in. I went outside and checked...and sure enough, my 2014 Tacoma was sitting there with the 4 way flashers blinking in a LONG LINE of the same. I asked and was told it would be "next" ...at 10:30 I started expressing my complete disgust and dismay at them for keeping me out of work now for basically a half a day. At about 11:15am I finally got my vehicle back. My service advisor was very nice and apologized and proceeded to explain that they are "short handed" in the service department, that they have been heavily "overbooking" their capacity for a while and really need a bigger facility to handle the increased load of a successful Toyota dealership. I have bought 3 consecutive Tacoma Sports in 2010, 2012 and this 2014. But to be treated like this and not be told I would be here over 3 hours (I would still be there if I hadn't made a fuss), is outlandish as a customer service model and totally non caring about the people that bought there vehicles here and even recommended others to them. Apparently their customers time and jobs don't really matter to them. And being honest about the overbooking and long waits should be immediately told to customers. Wait...did I actually use the word honest talking about a car dealership?? Shame on me. More

Good people I'm from Atlanta yet took a job at this dealership. They paid for my hotel for a month until I could find living arrangements. Unfortunately my wife did not Like the area (she's a Chicago city girl??). I was only there for two weeks, but encountered some of the nicest people on the planet. Mr Brian Cooler is as genuine as they come. When I was there Mr David Waters was a salesman, but now looks like he is a manager. If you are close to this place I would highly recommend them. Great, honest people! Trust your experience to Stokes Brown! More
