I felt like I was treated like family!! We came in for service for our Jeep Compass witch we purchase In the Beaufort store than while we were waiting I met with one of the front desk I tol We came in for service for our Jeep Compass witch we purchase In the Beaufort store than while we were waiting I met with one of the front desk I told her how the Beaufort stored did not help us on seeing this 2017 camaró she than told me how they could help she than introduce us to Javier , lets just say he was super professional super friendly from the beginning and actually had the look of helping us out we explained to him about the Camaro but we thought it through and decided to go with another car he than came and started introducing us with a few cars but let me tell you he was patient with me and my husband even with my pickiness, he was there when I asked questions he was very understanding when it came to numbers he helped my husband on picking he’s first truck while trading in 2 of our cars and it was kinda of difficult at first but Javier just made it easier we literally came to the store like 5 days in a row just to be sure on what we’ were purchasing I had the best best experience !! We ended up with a 2018 tundra and a 2012 Buick I thank you everyone! For bring patient and kind with us Javier is not only a good sales man but a great trustworthy person to go to next time you visit stokes!! ask for Javier you won’t regret !!!! More

I know where I will be purchasing all of my future vehicles, and who I will choose to help me. If you want a truly exceptional experience, this is the dealership I recommend. Terrible Sales experience Was sold a car last year and was told After a year I could come back to upgrade my car. Met with sales team and they didnt follow through with what was agreed upon. This team was not willing to put me in a vehicle. They were aggressive with trying to push new vehicles that were out of my price range. I asked if there was a used car that would be in my price range. They would not show me prices on a used camry. I would avoid trying to buy a vehicle from this dealership. They wasted my time. Spent 3 hours and hired a babysitter to get nowhere. Very frustrating experience. More
