They both assisted in the purchase of my 2018 4Runner. I cannot say that I have ever been treated better than I was through this purchase. I know where I will be purchasing all of my future vehicles, and who I will choose to help me. If you want a truly exceptional experience, this is the dealership I recommend. Terrible Sales experience Was sold a car last year and was told After a year I could come back to upgrade my car. Met with sales team and they didnt follow through with what wa Was sold a car last year and was told After a year I could come back to upgrade my car. Met with sales team and they didnt follow through with what was agreed upon. This team was not willing to put me in a vehicle. They were aggressive with trying to push new vehicles that were out of my price range. I asked if there was a used car that would be in my price range. They would not show me prices on a used camry. I would avoid trying to buy a vehicle from this dealership. They wasted my time. Spent 3 hours and hired a babysitter to get nowhere. Very frustrating experience. More

I rolled my car in Califorbia before I took a job and moved acr I have been so fortunate to come across Andrew Doty and Stokes TOYOTA on Hilton Head. I rolled my car in Califorbia before I took a job and moved across the country to reside in South Carolina. I was concerned at first where to take my SUV 4Runner for maintenance UNTIL I came across Andrew. He always let me know what I need and as the year went by, I have purchased everything to keep my SUV in great shape. I recently came in for new tires, once again, Andrew helped me out. I have one more thing to do to my SUV besides regular oil changes, and it should be happening soon. I trust Andrew and he has always helped me plan what is my priority for my vehicle and I have been so thankful that he has guided me through that.
