This was our first time leasing a vehicle and so we had many questions about how the terms and conditions of a lease works. We were told that as long as we purchased or leased our next vehicle through Stokes that when we got to our last leasing year they would waive any mileage costs or any extra fees that came with the lease. We started getting the emails about our lease ending soon a few weeks ago. I found another vehicle online that I was willing to purchase and even go up on payments some. Everyone I spoke with was nice but they were unwilling to honor what I was told. I honestly feel taken advantage of. It is underhanded to reap the benefits of a dishonest salesperson and leave the customer (that is looking to patronize your business again) with the short end of the stick. Unless they change the way they do business I will be returning my lease and taking my business elsewhere. More

Lease 2018 Toyota Highlander I worked with Tom Calcaterra to lease a new Highlander. I had a short time frame in which to accomplish this. Excellent Customer Service I have been looking for a new vehicle for a couple of months now. I called numerous dealerships in order to get salesmen on the hunt for me. I had an awful experience with this process as I had to follow up with these salesmen. I then went to stokes brown. As soon as I walked through the door everyone was very energetic and helpful. They did not have the car I was looking for but found me one. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I worked with Wayne Conover, Chris Marsh and Glenn Mariott. All of these individuals were nothing short of top class and had superior customer service. I will only do my car shopping with Stokes Brown Toyota of Hilton Head and I suggest you do the same, you will not be disappointed. I felt like I was treated like family!! We came in for service for our Jeep Compass witch we purchase In the Beaufort store than while we were waiting I met with one of the front desk I tol We came in for service for our Jeep Compass witch we purchase In the Beaufort store than while we were waiting I met with one of the front desk I told her how the Beaufort stored did not help us on seeing this 2017 camaró she than told me how they could help she than introduce us to Javier , lets just say he was super professional super friendly from the beginning and actually had the look of helping us out we explained to him about the Camaro but we thought it through and decided to go with another car he than came and started introducing us with a few cars but let me tell you he was patient with me and my husband even with my pickiness, he was there when I asked questions he was very understanding when it came to numbers he helped my husband on picking he’s first truck while trading in 2 of our cars and it was kinda of difficult at first but Javier just made it easier we literally came to the store like 5 days in a row just to be sure on what we’ were purchasing I had the best best experience !! We ended up with a 2018 tundra and a 2012 Buick I thank you everyone! Customer Service is put first at this Dealership I had the distinct pleasure of working with Nathan Fordyce (Sales Associate) and one of the Managers Brian Kurent this past December. I know where I will be purchasing all of my future vehicles, and who I will choose to help me. If you want a truly exceptional experience, this is the dealership I recommend. Terrible Sales experience Was sold a car last year and was told After a year I could come back to upgrade my car. Met with sales team and they didnt follow through with what was agreed upon. This team was not willing to put me in a vehicle. They were aggressive with trying to push new vehicles that were out of my price range. I asked if there was a used car that would be in my price range. They would not show me prices on a used camry. I would avoid trying to buy a vehicle from this dealership. They wasted my time. Spent 3 hours and hired a babysitter to get nowhere. Very frustrating experience. More
