Tom " Cal" was great. He understood our need, had lost car in a fire, and didn't try to take advantage of our situation by over selling us. We are from Virginia and our 2014 Avalon broke down and was towed to Stokes Hilton Head after hours. John Ventre was our phenomenal salesman and a "No problem" guy. John knew the car inside and out and could answer any question. He went out of his way to make the deal happen. He even transferred all our belongings from the old car to the new car, even installing my EZPASS! He helped me with all the technology involved with setting up my Toyota service, my phone and installing the app. He even called and emailed with me the next day to see that we were satisfied with the car. Shawn Richardson, in Finance, was another "CAN DO" guy. My family in the Northeast could not believe all the service we received and how easy it was to purchase a car at this dealership. They even treated us to lunch at a visiting food truck. I cannot say enough good things about John and Shawn. We are military and have bough cars all over the country and Stokes of Hilton Head surpasses any dealership we have dealt with. If you are interested in buying a Toyota, this is the place to do it.
