I arrived on time for an appointment to have my 4runner serviced. After five minutes of waiting for my assigned service representative to complete what appeared to be a social conversation, I was told to serviced. After five minutes of waiting for my assigned service representative to complete what appeared to be a social conversation, I was told to go to the waiting room to wait to have my car checked in. All the other service representatives were not waiting on customers. I went back to my assigned representative's station after an additional ten minutes of waiting and there were no cars in line to be checked in and no customers waiting to be serviced. I was told to go back and wait some more. If you think waiting 15 plus minutes just to check in your car is good service, then this is the dealership for you. I decided to leave. More

Bought 3 cars from this dealership dealing with Joe Moran. Then went back to buy out a lease on my daughter's car because I was told that is how it was done. Along came David Wilder, a crook if there ever was one. Tried to scam me into paying $34,000 for the lease buyout. Told him he was crazy, and him and the sales Manger told me good luck but that was the deal. Said Toyota Financial would not let me buyout my lease. He was wrong, purchased car straight from Toyota for $21,000. Do not get scammed by this man, and shame on Mr. Stokes for employing this thief. Will continue to buy Toyota vehicles but will take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing. More
