I have been working with Chris Marsh since April of 2022 to get a 2022 Tundra. Chris worked diligently on keeping me informed about the allocation process. One example of how well I was treated at Stokes Toyota is that after I had purchased my 2022 Toyota Corolla (keyword after as there is no financial incentive at this point) Sebastian walked me through all of the features the car offered as I had never owned a car made in the last decade+. I would also like to add that this was after hours when the store had already closed. This is the type of customer service that goes above and beyond expectations. Lastly, Dustin was a huge help on the financing side. His advice was invaluable in closing the deal. Honesty is something I value highly, and he was able to guide me through the process in a straightforward no xx manner. I would recommend Stokes Toyota Hilton Head to anyone looking to buy a new car.
