Kudos to our sales rep John Ventre for the wonderful job in finding our new RAV4 Hybrid with the exact specifications that we wanted. It's quite refreshing to work with a car salesman that really KNOWS the cars that they sell. John was very knowledgeable and professional in working with us. Had the immediate answer to our questions and provided the relevant answers to our questions in a very truthful and straightforward manner. Did not try to oversell but listened to what we wanted and provided the information that we needed. Very impressive use of technology to answer our questions post-sale. The rest of the dealer personnel that we met were quite informative and handled their business also in a very professional manner. Thanks to Glenn Mariott for completing the paperwork successfully without any problems. We were able to leave the dealership in a brand-new car, on the day that it was promised having also processed the associated trade-in. Cannot say enough good things concerning the lease - end experience of my 2019 Tacoma and the purchase of a my new leased 2023 RAV4 XLE vehicle.
