I was looking for a nice car to use in my Real Estate business and talked to Merick Sherline. He recommended the Avalon. Alexis James and Jack G. were great. Overall the dealership is exactly what you would expect. Only disappointing part was their unwillingness to come down at all on price. Matthew Whitmore, in addition to being my son, is a highly knowledgeable sales person with outstanding people skills. He appears to know every detail concerning the Highlander and Prius models (and no highly knowledgeable sales person with outstanding people skills. Fellow sales personnel and customers view him as the "go-to" guys for details concerning the vehicles and how to do such things as programming bluetooth phone setup. A great buying experience! More

Car shopping has never been my favorite past time, but working with the folks at Stokes Brown Toyota has certainly changed my opinion of the car shopping experience. Kudos to the entire team mentioned above and to their general manager Archie Brown for accommodating my needs when it came to purchasing my new Tundra. No pressure tactics and extreme professionalism all the way. After researching the vehicle and options I wanted on a new Tundra, I contacted several Toyota dealers here locally around Charleston and within a short driving distance away looking for a new Tundra. The folks at Stokes Brown Toyota in Beaufort were quick to respond and answer all my questions. I was personally contacted by their general manager, Archie Brown, who made me an offer I just couldn't refuse. It was definately worth the drive from Charleston to Beaufort for the great deal I received. Thanks to Alan Fox, Mr. Guru of truck knowledge, for answering all my questions and staying around after hours to get us out the door with our new vehicle. As well, thanks to Merrick Sherline for his quick responses to emails and phone calls on my purchasing inquires. As well, thanks to Mike Bloom for making the financing and price negotiating such a breeze. Also, thanks to Archie Brown for his personal attention to making sure I left with a pleasant buying experience. More

we have baught two cars from this dealership we were helped by mike mcauley he was fantastic and if we had a question and he did not have an answer he would look it up for us.at no point did we ever get helped by mike mcauley he was fantastic and if we had a question and he did not have an answer he would look it up for us.at no point did we ever get pressured with someone saying this car wont be this price tomorrow so you need to buy it today.if we could not afford a certain vehicle we were shown a more affordable model.i have refered my friends to stokes brown toyota because i like the atmosphere and our wonderful salesman mike mcauley.
