I had an appt. for 9am this morning and I was 30 min. late. I expected to get a comment about it, but Mr. Whiteside was waiting for me with clipboard in hand when I stepped out of my vehicle. They have a pleasant waiting room with flat screen and free coffee made by a Keurig coffeemaker. Perfection! They are the most efficient people in any customer service capacity that I have experienced in the last 40 years. No joke. They are that good! I look forward to taking my vehicle here to have it serviced. They beat OC Welch so bad it's not even funny! Way to go Stokes Brown. I wish I had bought my car here. More

Mr. Whiteside was very attentive. He arranged for a rental car since my service would take several hours. Only problem, the car was pulling slightly to the left when I was driving home.
