The whole staff is very friendly. They greet you right away, and do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable. They also worked hard to find us the best rate possible on our new car. I came to this dealership because I have a long history of dealing with them. I bought my first Toyota back in January of 1989 when the dealership was was known as Magic Toyota. I now have a 2005 Camry and I brought it in to have the 120,000 mile service done on it.However, they did a thorough inspection and found that I had a transmission line leak , my brake pads were in serious need of replacing and some other problems. Because the wait time would be long, they offered me shuttle service to and from shopping center. Overall, even though I ended up spending more than I anticipated, I still would DEFINITELY reccommend this dealership to friends and relatives! Cudos to Bret Whiteside, (the service manager) and his employees for a job well done! More

Mr.Grady and Ms.Wendy never gave up on me they searched and searched until a way was made I will be forever grateful especially for Ms. Wendy to come in on her day off to finish assist me with the sale the following day. Purchased a 2011 Tundra. I was in the market for a full size truck and Alan Fox is the "truck expert". I was undecided between the Tundra and another make and it was his taking the time to allow me to drive, ask questions and throughly go over the features of the Tundra that sold me on purchasing it. I have purchased several Toyota's from this dealership and have no regrets. One of the owners (Mr. Brown)is always available at the dealership and is very customer service oriented. More
All of the employees at Stokes-Brown have been very courteous and professional to me during my visits. I have found Ms. Wanda Hardee to be outstanding in her knowledge, friendliness and concern to deta courteous and professional to me during my visits. She explains everything that is to be done and when the job is complete she calls me promptly to pick up my vehicle. I am always offered a bottle of water or invited to have coffee or tea. More

No problem with the recall, but he found that the calipers were frozen.He worked on them and tried to free them up, but they were really stuck. Parts were ordered, and I was given a rental car, which was great because I had to go the airport in Savannah to pick up a friend. I sure did feel much safer in a good rental. By the time the parts came in Danny had managed to get the calipers unfrozen. He then fixed my brakes and replaced the other parts that were needed. I did not realize how bad my brakes had gotten. If it weren't for Danny, I might have had a serious accident. Julie was above and beyond too. She took care of as if I were her sister.I had the rental car for 2 days....no charge; and because Danny managed to release the calipers, my bill was about half of what it would be. I have thanked them for caring so much and taking such good care of me, but it seems worthy of more. I do believe the Lord blessed be in this situation and allowed me to go to Stokes the same day I was to go to the airport. Hallelujah! Thank You Vivian Lee Carrier More
This dealership gave us a extremely fair price. Both Alan Fox, salesman, and Mr. Brown, GM were very friendly and willing to do what they needed to do to get our business. Purchased our second Prius in 2 years from this dealer on year-end internet because our first was totaled on 12/27. Merrick searched and re-searched for the specialized items we wanted; someone (not sure who) told my husband about 0% financing and helped us secure it; initial agreement was faxed to us and faxed back, and then Jack met us between our home and the dealer to sign the final papers papers. Purchased on Saturday and the car was ours, with wood-panel in interior, VIN etching on all windows, etc., installed, by Tuesday, having been brought in immediately from another dealer for us. We were advised of and partook of all extended warranty and service deals, and were given a full and careful briefing on the features of the care by Jack when we picked it up. We were served excellent coffee in an immaculate and pleasantly decorated lobby and Merrick discussed the car with us while the very responsive reception staff paged Jack to come in from the lot to further educate us on our new vehicle. Things we said about our needs and experiences were remembered by Merrick and Jack, repeated to us later, and addressed for us. The car has more "bells and whistles" than our 2008, which we loved, and it cost us less, which will reduce our payments and lower our premiums. We returned to this dealer, when time was short for us, because we had such a good experience with them in 2008 -- that time from Merrick primarily (as Jack is new)-- and our expectations were met again in every way. Matt talked to us first and from him we got an overview of the car we were interested in. Alexis accompanied us on our test drive and answered all of our questions showing an impressive familiarity with the car. Then we spoke to Merrick and felt that we'd known him for years. Shep gave us the specifics as far as pricing. All were very professional but also personable and fun to be with. Finally, Wendy went with us on our second test drive and handled the paperwork. She was thorough and made things easy and was also very sweet. Gary handled the financing end of things and did an excellent job of explaining the options. All in all, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. This can be a stressful experience but the staff made it easy. I also feel that we were given a very fair deal and appreciate that. We were formerly "Honda People", and expected to buy a CRV, which we liked. We decided just to check out the RAV4 and, surprisingly, the car and the people won us over. More
