It wasn't an error - after we called Shep about the price on line versus the prince on the paperwork his exact quote was "well that is the price we all agreed on (him and the Albert Lloyd another sales man)! That's cheating someone out of their money and it's poor business ethics!! More

There was a point where I became very frustrated with my insurance company but Valerie and Shep was there to comfort me. The process was simple and no one left my side the entire time i was there. If I had to do it all over again I would! More

The negotiation process was low key and very workable in determining an agreeable price for both parties. Melissa was helpful in getting me to come look at the vehicle that I spotted on the internet and Tim was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. More

Young employee by the name of Dev was of great help and always kept me informed. In that the truck was in for so long I asked that shop go over the truck from A to Z and be sure everything was in working order when I picked it up. Before I picked it up I was assured that the vehicle was completely set and everything was working. FRONT RIGHT LIGHT-OUT, TEMPERATURE AND DIRECTION UNIT NOT WORKING, CAR FILTHY-NOT BEEN CLEANED AFTER BEEN IN DEALERSHIP FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS. PROBLEM WAS WITH THE WIRING, WHEN I ASKED THE MANAGER WHY SOME OF THE WIRING WEAS STILL EXPOSED "HE SAID THA'S THE WAY IT COMES FROM THE FACTORY. I told him " maybe the factory has it wrong and you should take five minutes and cover the exposed wires. He offered me two free car washes and I left. WBR Cat Island Beaufort, SC More

I had the broken handle of my trunk of my sequoia repair 1.kept my car an extra day - cost me an extra day missed work. 2. repair not done - trunk still not opening with the handle frozen-quick fix with no grease of the cable to open the trunk- you can see the rust on the hook with no grease on it and no obvious maintenance, loosey technician cutting corner - they charged me a total bill of over $1506 ( I had other service done ? claiming that I had an oil leak...typical!! -) Oh yea! they charged me $56 for a $1 bulb for the brake- ( $50 labor). Unreal!! did not see that coming! on the bill. I dealed with the guy Dev Scott , stay away from him and if you have concern deal directly with Wayne Lamb, he is the most honest of the bunch. In my case I guess the damage was done by that guy Dev Scott and Wayne could not reverse the damage but Dev Scott is not a customer service guy, he appears to be but he will try to fat your bill saying that the technician said that you have an oil leak and it needs to be fixed misleading you and lie on prices and repair and more and more until he get what he need to be, a snake - I had to return the car the next day, taking off from work. Wayne the manager this time tried to make it better by repairing what was not done the day before telling him about the fact that Dev Scott misleaded me on the price of the oil leak and sensor replacement with a low price-( $3 to change the sensor -What do I know?-in fact it was $396 I was duped-) My main goal coming to Stokes Toyota was to repair the trunk, my wife having a field trip with bunch of kids from school and she needed that trunk repair-FAILED they work for Stokes Brown NOT FOR YOU. I am sure that none of the engine problems were fixed and done and even my oil was changed. It's as much to say that I don't trust their work. bring your car at your own risk-beware of the fat bill- they are good at it- Certainly not returning to that dealer. I usually go to Hill Tire in Walterboro for my service and brakes which Hill does a wonderful job and HONEST job but I thought for the broken trunk, I should go to Toyota dealer WHAT A MISTAKE $1500 later. this is an honest review which the customer was misled and tricked-letting him to think that the car really needed this service for the car to run due to oil leak. We came to an agreement on a 2013 Honda Accord sport that made the deal as competitive as anyone on the EAST COAST. They answered all my questions including a response at 1 am which I clearly didn't expect from Ricky. Ricky Green is a motivated and informing rep who wants to help out along the way even if you're out of town/state customer. I came into town, test drove, signed and drove home. What a great experience and would recommend these guy's to anyone. Thanks team! More
