Purchased a new Tundra in 2014, with extended warranty. Service Lane Manager continues to charge customer and told to remind him about Motor Co because he have Southwest system. Regardless of the excuses I told my family that this was the last time I Schedule maintenance in Beaufort. If having to drive 35 minutes more for better service than it's well worth it. I think the rep has something against customer because after our agreements he claims the the 2:30 service appointment is now backed up. Sorry to inform you of this experience. More
Bait and switch Dealer has call center for preowned cars. I decide to drive to Beaufort to see the car. As I suspected the salesman told me the car had just sold before I arrived and ask if I was interested in any other cars on the lot. Classic bait and switch. Complete waste of time. Stear clear of these dealerships. More

Run around! I went to the Dealership on 8-13-16 to buy a traverse. I knew we were going to try and buy it after test drive. Well, long story short we didn't come I went to the Dealership on 8-13-16 to buy a traverse. I knew we were going to try and buy it after test drive. Well, long story short we didn't come to an agreement, and the General Manager Mike Blume was just rude telling me to keep looking. I bought a personal vehicle from Tom Farabaugh over at Stokes Brown Toyota over in Hilton Head. I called him up and told him I didn't care for Mike Blume and I would buy the vehicle from them at Hilton Head. We come to an agreement over txt, and I leave from Moncks Corner, SC to Hilton Head to buy the vehicle. I get to Summerville and get a txt the vehicle sold that morning. Well next day I get a call saying the be 2012 Traverse LTZ was still available. I told them it sold the day before. I txt Tom again and he says its 75% sold......to me it's sold or not! 2 days later I get another call asking if I want to come look at it, I tell them again it's suppose to be sold. They inform me it's still available. They are giving me the run around after we agreed on price. I would highly stay away from Stokes Brown Toyota Beaufort and Hilton Head. There is some integrity issues there, something is shady there. I can't put my finger on it but please be aware. The 2012 Traverse LTZ has been sold 2 times since we agreed on price and it's still sitting at Stokes Brown Toyota in Beaufort. This is how they treat Veterans, and also being a Veteran didn't matter to them, the claim they have the Marine Base and Air Base there so they have a big veteran base there who buys from them. Our primary sales persons, Joshua and Jordan earned our immediate respect for their professional, friendly, no pressure demeanor. Management, Jim Thompson and owner Archie Brown, were above reproach in their helpfulness and genuine caring of our wishes. How often does the OWNER come out, introduce themselves and ask to please be contacted if he can help us in anyway? Although we had satisfactory relationships with Stokes/Brown HH, we are so thankful we decided to make the short trip from Bluffton to Beaufort for this transaction. More
