Karla was engaged and personable. She wanted to make sure we got and was pleased with what we wanted. I am more than pleased with the quality of service we received. Karla, Mr. Blume and the Financial Manager (I can't think of his name) went above and beyond. Of course, I will send people there and will shop there again when needed. They hold the key to team work. I purchased a Honda but the RAV4 is top of line to. We've had a Honda in the past and my husband loves his retirement truck, a beautiful "Dallas Cowboy blue" Tundra.
