I had a service scheduled for a recall at 9:30. I arrived at 9:25. I was told the day before not to be late and the service should take about 45 minutes. After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and seeing my vehicle still sitting outside I went back to the service advisor to find out why. She told me she would check on it. She never came back to her desk so I returned to the waiting room. After about 10 minutes I saw a mechanic come out and take my vehicle to the shop. The repair only took 20 minutes. Why make an appointment when they don’t honor it. Very dissatisfied wit this service department More
