I contacted Stokes Toyota Of Beaufort using my Costco membership and was (almost immediately) responded to by Luz Diaz-Sotelo. After one quick call to get some basic details with what I was looking for membership and was (almost immediately) responded to by Luz Diaz-Sotelo. After one quick call to get some basic details with what I was looking for she provided options/colors and within three emails and a few texts we narrowed it down to one. Couple more emails and texts later we agreed on a price for the truck and my trade and three days later I have my new Toyota Tundra Crew Max Limited. Throughout the process she never pressed me to come in (contrary to other dealers) and even offered to deliver the vehicle instead on me having to drive the 85 mile journey yo her. Other shout out's go to the Manager who who offered the delivery, the finance guy who explained everything over the a web service and the driver who was well informed and professional to make sure I signed all places required. Overall a good experience. More

My wife worked with Alex on this sale and they were able to come in at the price-point we were looking for. After working with other dealerships who came in at anywhere from a $5K to a $9K market adjustmen to come in at the price-point we were looking for. After working with other dealerships who came in at anywhere from a $5K to a $9K market adjustment on the vehicle, we decided to go with Stokes. Stokes did not insult our intelligence with a high market adjustment, or with any market adjustment at all. They simply came in at the price we were looking for. Once the deal was made, they asked if we wanted the car delivered and we took them up on the delivery at no additional charge. We live over 200 miles from the dealership, and they delivered it the day after we made the deal. They showed up with the car and the paperwork, we signed, and the sale was complete in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend purchasing from them and they have earned my future business as well. More

When I arrived she was waiting on another customer to which she sold a vehicle. In the meantime Antonio Paul responded to my friend & I & showed us several vehicles. I had decided on a previously owned Toyota RAV4. Although this dealership did not have the vehicle I wanted, these two were wonderful. I had been looking for awhile so I wanted a car very quickly. I think if I had been willing to wait, they could have found me a car I wanted. Thank you again to both Cyanna & Antonio. I would recommend you to anyone who’s looking for a new or previously owned Toyota. I didn’t have the option of identifying a new OR used vehicle but I had not fully decided which I would purchase. More

I’ve just moved to Beaufort so took my Prius here for a 90,000 mile check. On the plus side: It was easy to get an appointment just a couple days in advance. I was seen promptly and the service was performed in a timely way. Dev was my service technician and he was fantastic! Personable, professional, and very helpful. I was not pressured to get additional services and there was no charge for the services I did get. These are all very positive things! On the not-so-good side, the waiting room was the worst I’ve experienced at any dealership. “Coffee and water” were there, but coffee supplies were low. No snacks are available. The area is small and seating is such that social distancing is not possible. No tables for laptop work while you’re waiting, just chairs. There is a mounted TV that was playing HGTV at a high volume and there was no way to adjust the channel or the sound level. I did ask the young woman at the payment window if the channel could be changed (She was borderline sullen. Would it kill her to smile?) She told me that customers are only allowed to watch 4 channels: HGTV, kids, sports, and another channel I can’t remember but not very unappealing. She said the Today Show and all other channels are not allowed because they might create “conflict” with customers. What?? Needless to say, the hour and a half I waited for my car seemed much longer. So a mixed bag: Good service but poor amenities while you wait. More
Rip off dealer. Web sites says $499 dealer fee included in internet price, then they add the $499 in again at the dealer ship on the sales sheet. Also hide the interest rate and only want to show you the payment. Charging almost double the current interest rates. They operate like a shady used car dealer. Find another place to buy a car. The car was also dirty and they knew I was coming to look at it. The sales man also gave incorrect information about towing capacity and the engine of the truck. More
