Long wait. The service statation was very busy during my appointment time. I made an appointment for an oil change. After the 90 min. wait time, the waiting area began to clear. Very courteous staff and easy to get a same day appointment. My car was returned before promised, and because they misquoted the price of service (my Accord takes a different oil weight), they dis appointment. Rating provided: Customer service at Stokes Honda North is second to none. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Quality of Work did not get a GREAT rating because of two recent incidents: 1. Was told car was ready to go and realized when I got in the car that the windshield fluid had not been filled as I'd just requested. 2. After last oil change, I realized oil change warning inside dash was still staring me in the face so I had to go back to the dealership to be sure it was only an oversight of not changing the light status or whether they had, in fact, changed the oil. Time is money! Price got a medium rating as I believe Stokes is high on many of its services. More
made an online apptmt for an oil change. Time was 6:40pm. When I pulled into service they said the last apptmt for oil changes was 6:30pm. I advised that the on-line apptmt service allowed me to make an apptmt for 6:40pm. I told the Service Manager that I was driving to Chicago. He said not to worry we will take care of you. And they did. The oil tech was still there and had no problem doing the oil change "after hours". Super service from these guys. They went out of their way to get me taken care of and it was very much appreciated ! Thank you Stokes Honda ! More

I was pleased that we were not pressured by "Vulture-like" sales reps that circle the sales lot searching for car searching victims. The car that was finally chosen had all of its parts and will Gary introduced us to the person in charge of setting up the window tinting appointment. This is the 3rd Honda we have purchased from Stokes, and I was pleased with our experience this time, unlike last time when we waited 4 hours for the sales transaction to be completed and we told our trade in would not be accepted (after a promise to purchase it for $500). It's not easy to sell a salesperson, but that is exactly what Andy did. Dan was nice to deal with as well. The buyer was not able to locate our original desired color, but may have been a blessing in disguise. We love the product and are happy with the color that we ended up with. More
