Wonderful salesman, wonderful price, but sadly, we found a fuse was sitting in the cup holder, it was replaced before we left with the car, but the "tpms" light came on on the way home, turns out there is a a fuse was sitting in the cup holder, it was replaced before we left with the car, but the "tpms" light came on on the way home, turns out there is a foul up with that system, and new parts have to be ordered. We are sorry this is happening with a brand new car, but feel certain that Stokes Honda will make it right for us. More

All of the employees that we met at this dealership were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The weather was extremely hot, and everyone offered us plenty of cold water to make sure that we sta very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He is not about bait and switch schemes, or high pressure salesman double talk. Any questions or concerns we may have had, he addressed straight forward and sincerely. We stopped at this dealership late on Saturday just to see what trucks they had on the lot, and on Wednesday we were riding out in a very nice truck: very clean, low mileage, and at a very good price. And we didn't have to sit around for 10hrs everyday to get everything worked out. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and our salesman Scott, to anyone looking to purchase a car, new or used. More

Awesome buying experience at Stokes Honda Beaufort!. A very hard lesson learnt buying an as is no warranty vehicle from Stokes Honda. Less than 12 hours after the purchase the check engine light came on, hand brake broke, light switch fell off and I fou vehicle from Stokes Honda. Less than 12 hours after the purchase the check engine light came on, hand brake broke, light switch fell off and I found the car shakes badly over 60 mph. Called Stokes Honda and was given the name of a mechanic which i took the car to, $500 later the vehicle is still not fixed. Contacted Stokes Honda but i was not fortunate enough or important enough to get any assistance just a bunch of back and forth emails not helping at all, the vehicle only cost $6,000 so i guess it wasn't worth their while to help. I now have to get extra work done on the car and the price quoted is just under $1,000 with no promises that this will fix the problem either. We are a military family and cannot afford these kind of repairs so i guess this was a HUGE learning experience of what not to do going forward......what is really sad is that the last car we bought was close to $20,000 from them so I thought they would at least help out in some way seeing we were a return customer...i can see now that this was just wishful thinking on my behalf. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING A VEHICLE THAT STATES AS IS - NO WARRANTY as I WOULD HATE ANYONE TO BE IN THE POSITION I AM IN NOW. I am embarrassed to have been so easily sold and even madder at myself for venturing into this purchase, I thought I was smarter than that but I guess not as I now have a vehicle I purchased around a month ago from stokes honda with many problems and i can't even afford to fix it. My husband and I had just arrived to the states from a 3 year overseas tour. We decided before arriving that we wanted purchase a vehicle from Stokes Honda, because we had done so before- as well as my fami year overseas tour. After searching the lot for maybe 30 min or so, we decided to leave because we hadn't been approached by anyone. Mr. Jinks noticed us, and wouldn't allow us to leave with an unsatisfactory visit. He assisted us in one of our best car purchases ever. He met all of our needs in providing a reliable, reasonably priced vehicle in less than 2 hours I believe. We weren't pressured in anyway by Mr. Jinks or anyone from the staff, and our unique needs were met above expectancy.
