I recently leased a new Pilot from Stokes Honda of Beaufort and can not begin to describe how happy I am with the sales, service and advice from the staff. We were visiting in Beaufort and the brake lamp light came on the instrument panel. Since were would be traveling a fairly long distance north to go home, we wanted to have the lamp replaced. We went to Stokes, and Roy could not have been more helpful. We bought a bulb and, in a matter of moments, he had replaced it - for the price only of the bulb. he was friendly and helpful. We will be moving to the Beaufort area in several months, and have been Honda owners for over 25 years. We will certainly remain loyal Honda customers since we know that Stokes is so accommodating and helpful. More

I was a first time buyer and I was pleased with the service I received from Keith. He found me a car on the same day I spoke with him. I had been looking for some time for a pre-owned 2008 or later Toyota Sequoia SUV pretty much anywhere in the southeast US. I placed many calls to (primarily) Toyota dealerships in FL, GA, and SC. Every time, the answer was that the vehicle had been sold prior to my phone call or that they were unwilling to budge on their price. Very few places even offered to lower their price by even $500. I called Stokes Honda in Beaufort, SC because I had seen a vehicle fitting my needs on AutoTrader.com. I was hesitant because it was not a "certified" Toyota but had very low miles and was in the general ballpark of my desired price. My phone call was returned promptly by Mr. Richards. After a few calls back and forth, we were able to come to a price agreement. They took a credit card to put a hold on the vehicle so I could drive from FL to see the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle had been cleaned and was in line for an oil change. The vehicle was as described and even had a tow package (unexpected surprise for me). All in all, everybody was on their game. The transaction was well-organized and to-the-point. The vehicle had been fully detailed and its oil changed by the time I took delivery of it. My wife and I are thrilled with our purchase. For us, we're glad we drove a bit further to have the kind of experience we were hoping for.
