My family was on the way to Hilton Head for vacation when the transmission went out on our 2005 Odyssey. After a few calls to Stokes in Goose Creek, where we have bought our last 5 or 6 Hondas, we were pick the transmission went out on our 2005 Odyssey. After a few calls to Stokes in Goose Creek, where we have bought our last 5 or 6 Hondas, we were picked up by Stokes from Beaufort. They also had our car towed there. We were given a new van to drive on to Hilton Head hoping that we would eventually buy it. After a day or two we decided to buy a van from them and they had it delivered to us in Hilton Head. The only problem we had is that the tire pressure gauge light was on when it was delivered and they told us to stop by Hilton Head Honda and get it reset. When arriving at the Hilton Head Honda we were told they would not mess with that and we needed to take it back to the dealer we bought it from. That meant a trip back to Beaufort which was a good bit out of our way. However, once back in Beaufort it was fixed promptly and we were on our way. We also bought a third head set for the video since we have 3 grandchildren. Tony is a great salesman and we really like him. Dal went out of here way to make sure we were taken care of from the time we broke down until the time we returned. She is a great person and really cared about all of us. We feel like everyone there went out of their way to help us. Also, the people at Stokes in Goose Creek helped a lot. Cleve Mize got the ball rolling once we told him we were broken down and tow or three others called to check on us which really relieved our frustration. We love Honda and will continue to buy them from the Stokes family. More
My wife and I brought our Honda Civic in to be serviced at Stokes Honda and Jim Patterson was the person that helped us in the service department. He was very condescending in the way he spoke to us. He thought he was the service god and trust me he is not. There was a problem that Stokes Honda couldn't figure out - so we took it to the local Ford dealer and found out that a $2.00 fuse needed to be replaced! Sales at Stokes Honda is great but the service department needs some help. More
My family and I were VERY pleased with our new car purchasing experience at Stokes Honda. In particular our interaction with salesman Brad Pankuch who was very patient, friendly and understanding of purchasing experience at Stokes Honda. In particular our interaction with salesman Brad Pankuch who was very patient, friendly and understanding of our needs while car shopping with our baby daughter. Brad took the time to explain the many vehicle features and options to each of us individually as the other tended to our child inside away from the heat and humidity. We could not be more pleased with the vehicle or our overall experience. Thanks Brad! More
I traded my Santa Fe for a used Ford 150 Econoline. The Econoline had 2 very soft tires. The Econoline had been on the lot for a couple of months. I was told that tires go soft when they sit for long periods. This is false. New cars sit for months. The tires needed new valve stems, which I had replaced. After five days of driving the Econoline, the back brakes failed. The repair center (rated the best in Savannah)showed me the brake parts from both the front and rear wheels. The brakes were unsafe and the repair center was surprised that the brakes had not failed completely. The back brakes has literally broke apart. Unsafe. When I was looking over the Econoline to purchase, I expressed concern about the brakes and shocks but was told the van was "inspected" and should be ok. This van cost me a good deal of money to correct. I forgot my prescription sunglasses in my Santa Fe. I contacted the salesman the next day and he said he had my glasses in his desk and would mail them to me. This was last month, I never received them. I called the GM, Mike Cox, and left a message. He never called me back. The above information is true and that is why I rated Stokes Honda poorly. Buyer beware. Scott Hammond More
I absolutely loved my experience at Stokes Honda! I love Hondas hands down! I’ve owned 2 Hondas prior so when I was looking for a newer car I knew Stokes was the place for me! I went out to the lot and Brad Hondas hands down! I’ve owned 2 Hondas prior so when I was looking for a newer car I knew Stokes was the place for me! I went out to the lot and Brad meets me outside. He was very pleasant and understanding of my situation. I told him what I could pay and he did everything he could to keep me in that price range. He worked until very hard until he got the car I wanted. I ended up purchasing a 2005 Honda Civic Lx with only 20k! He knew I needed a newer car but I stressed how I really needed a reliable car with low miles. I had no idea I would get such a great deal! I also needed a co-signer which was very easy process. He & I did everything and my co-signer just needed to come sign some papers, which was awesome considering her busy work schedule! It was such a blessing, and I’m so grateful that Brad helped me! Brad even went beyond his duties, and helped show my other car that I needed to sale. The car sold within a week and I was very pleased on how much he helped me. I’ve bragged about brad to everyone I know. How I had such an incredible service and he still calls to check on me to see how I’m enjoying the car! Best Sale person I’ve ever dealt with!!!! I have been looking for adependable car for my daughter who is going away for college. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted with smiles and friendly faces. Mike Coxwell listened to what I needed called over a salesman, Mike Fermin who then showed me a car which fit my needs to the letter. It was a low mileage Hybrid Civic it is in great shape was well maintained and the dealership had all of the service records on the car. I told Mike Coxwell what our price range was and he made sure we could get into this vehicle for what we were looking to spend. The whole staff at Honda Cars of Beaufort were freindly and very helpful each time that I have encountered them whether it is by phone or in person. It is always a pleasure to talk with the staff. Just under 2 months ago I bought a 2004 Honda S2000 from Stokes Honda in Beaufort, SC. I was a bit skeptical going to car dealership; 1) being a woman 2) the stereotype you hear of car salesman. So of course when everyone is being nice, I figure it's because they want my money and its not sincere. What has impressed me the most was the follow up conversations after the sale was made. I needed a light to be replaced on the side of the car and a few other things. Mr. Pankuch has been the one to approach me everytime to find out if I had received the light yet, if I had it put in yet, if there were any complications. Even a month later, Mr. Pankuch has followed up with making sure everything has been running smoothly! Through these actions I have come to realize his professionalism and friendliness is not just to make the sale, it is sincere and he does care about the customer's overall satisfaction. This is why I rated the all of the above with a score of 5 (Great) except Price. As the consumer, the price can always be lower :) More

As expected, my most recent experience with Stokes Honda Cars of Beaufort was first class. My initial contact with Anthony Pirozzi, Senior Sales Consultant, set the tone for the experience. Tony and Micha Cars of Beaufort was first class. My initial contact with Anthony Pirozzi, Senior Sales Consultant, set the tone for the experience. Tony and Michael Coxwell, General Manager, worked diligently to find the vehicle I requested and then to make the deal Jerry Fermin, Business Manager, walked me through. When I took delivery on the new Ridgeline (my second)Anthony spent the time to go over everything about the truck, set locks and radio stations, review instrumentation and differences from my previous Ridgeline. We noticed that floor mats were missing and Mike Kidd, Parts Manager, got involved to find the mats I wanted. Making sure the most appropriate color and the style I preferred were Mike's priority. As usual, when dealing with Stokes Honda Cars of Beaufort I was treated with respect and each individual I mentioned listened and responded courteously with pertinent information to my needs/wants. I anticipate my service experiences will be just as pleasurable. I have dealt with the Stokes Honda Team of Beaufort for 20 years, purchasing/leasing multiple vehicles and have always had enjoyable experiences. I feel certain when you purchase or lease your next vehicle from Stokes Honda Cars of Beaufort your experience will first class. More
