Worst management ever...rude I have been a three time KIA purchaser but after this experience..it will be my last. I purchased a new vehicle in December 2018. I live in South Carolina and they valued my vehicle at the wrong price. I was told to go to the dealership and get the current value of my car. They told me they could not do that..refused..and told my to use KBB. The tax accesses office will not accept KBB. Worst management ever. More

Salesman was GREAT! I enjoyed working with Mr. Styles. He was very friendly and did a lot to convince me to go ahead and purchase the car I bought. However, I was misinformed by the Sales Manager that the commercial I had been hearing about $5000 for your trade in, no matter the condition. He told me it was "up to $5000" and I only received $3500 for my trade in. On the way home from making the purchase and every day since, I have heard the SAME commercial again and it clearly states "$5000 MINIMUM for your trade in." I would definitely go back to Kia of Augusta, in fact this is the second Kia we have bought from them. The service department is wonderful, as I've had work done on my 2002 Kia Spectra, which is the car we traded in, and they were very friendly and helpful. Kia is a wonderful car and this dealership overall is a great place to shop. Just don't trust the Sales Manager. More
