worst dealership experience ever! we contacted them about a 2022 Kia Soul. we submitted a credit app and sent in pay stubs to show proof of income so they could verify! Jeff Barnes is the Manager at Kia of Augusta. After he got the credit app and info we didn't hear back for 24 hours? no call back no nothing.... Well after reaching out several times he said we was approved and went over payments with us. Originally he agreed to deliver to car but we changed our minds and said we would come pick it instead. We drive down 2 and a half hours. Jeff Barnes knew we was on the way i sent him a text with arrival time. When we pulled in Jeff had left and didn't tell us. So we got sent to a new person and he made us do another credit app. After that he said we wasn't approved that we lied to them about our income? the pay stubs didn't match what we put on the online credit app??? how is it we lied? we put in exactly what the pay stubs said? why would i lie about income when I'm giving you proof. they said income wasn't high enough Went to another Kia dealership and everything was fine they said we has plenty of income. So we leave them bad reviews and they just delete them off Google and their Facebook page?? must Hillary supporters deleting everything and lying to customers. More
