I bought my 2024 seltos in Milwaukee, WI. Relocated to Augusta 4 months later. I called the other Kia dealership in the area and let's just say their customer service was not good. The customer service representatives are polite and courteous at Stokes Hodges Kia. My car was serviced and returned to me ..washed both times ..even vacuumed this time and it was the most reasonable service as far as price I have had in the 6 years of owning Kias. Thank you all for the exceptional service. More
We used the online car reservation service to select the Kia K5 that we wanted. Online showed a sticker price with everything we wanted that was less than $32k. We reserved the K5 and set up an appointment to test drive it. We received a call from Brett, one of the salespersons there, who told us that he would have the car gassed up, cleaned up, and ready for our test drive. We asked for the out-the-door price and, although he had put in $1750 in discounts, he had also added $2995 in a deal protection package that we did not want. He told us that we had no choice but to accept the package because it was included on all their vehicles. When we arrived to the dealership, the so-called protection package was not installed [no extra tinting, no extra wheel locks, no rubber matting, no extra (ceramic) coating, no extra protection on the areas where a lot of use occurs (door handles, etc.)] We told them that we did NOT want it installed, nor should they add it to the price of the vehicle. We wanted $1k knocked off the total price, which we felt was more than fair. What did they do? Put down a $2995 "discount," then immediately added it back in the total price! Not only that, but the vehicle was not prepped for us - 1) the gas tank was empty (he had to have us drive to the convenience store to put gas into the car just so we could do a test drive, 2) the car was dirty (Cheetos in the floorboard and dusty outside); and 3) plastic was still in the floorboard. He had the wimpiest handshake and wouldn't look me in the eyes when we first shook hands. And, guys, the finance people were behind locked glass doors. There must have been quite a lot of people before us who felt like they were being railroaded. Needless to say, we walked out and went to another car dealership where we bought our K5 that same day. We were ready to buy, but Stokes-Hodges wanted to jerk us around. We'll be doing all our business elsewhere. More
Customer Service Department is horrible. I get my vehicle serviced routinely. I was told there was an oil leak during a routine visit. When I brought it back to get fixed, I was told by the MANAGER several times that they couldn't find the leak. He insisted there wasn't a leak. Well within 90 days there's no oil in my engine. Guess there must've been a leak after all. This is also the same guy that told me my window needed a new motor back in October... he'd get back with me about ordering it and seeing if my warranty would cover. I've emailed and been here 3x since then. I've YET to hear from him concerning the window. The guy that washes my car fixed it. He hasn't ever stepped foot into any of these trainings and courses that the manager bragged about sending his technicians. 😩 It's always an excuse... rarely a solution or admittance here. Never buying from STOKE HODGES KIA AGAIN‼️ More
I bought the car two years ago and KIA has serviced it the whole time, I go to retrieve the lugbolt key to have my tires rotated and it isn't in my vehicle. It's hasn't been in there since day one. The dealership said they check off everything and sign off on it saying it was there. I didn't receive that list at the time of purchase. So I had to buy a new key to the tune of $40.00. The general manager, Mr Vaughn said he didn't care if he lost a customer. My suggestion was for the sales rep to verify the ideas in the car before its sold. He didn't care what I had too say. At least I figured out this before I really need the key. More

Horrible notorious and everyone is a lier sold me a 2023 kia forte. I can't afford the car and he knew I couldn't afford it. There solutions is to forfeit the car and it repo and still have that 30000 ,,pa kia forte. I can't afford the car and he knew I couldn't afford it. Purchased a vehicle in January purchased the warranty, have had issue out of the car , the team has not been helpful with resolving the issue nor working with the warranty company.
