Disappointed F-150 owner I have a 2017 F-150 Ecoboost that I bought new from Satcher Ford. It is a Lariat FX-4 that is loaded with a spray in bed liner from the factory. I p I have a 2017 F-150 Ecoboost that I bought new from Satcher Ford. It is a Lariat FX-4 that is loaded with a spray in bed liner from the factory. I paid nearly $60K for it and it is still under warranty for what it’s worth. I took it in to Satcher for a recall and 3 warranty items. A miss at 40 MPH, a noise in the front end, and a piece of the bedliner the size of a 50-cent piece has chipped up. They kept it a week and fixed nothing. They never called me with status updates, then said they couldn’t get it to miss when they drove it, couldn’t hear the noise in the front end and Ford denied the bed liner saying it was physical damage and that I must have dropped a shovel or rake in the bed. I don’t remember ever doing that, there is no dent or other evidence of physical damage. Even if I did drop something as light as a shovel or rake wouldn’t you think a bed liner would have stood up to that? I have never carried anything very heavy or abrasive in the bed either. That is obvious because the rest of the bed looks unused. I also noticed that there is no paint or primer under the spray in liner. If you are smart you will not get a factory spray in liner. That way you will get the extra protection of primer and paint before the liner is sprayed in and a warranty that may not be honored. The dealer was my best friend while I was buying the truck, but the service department is terrible, and Ford is even worse. This will probably be my last Ford truck and I will never use this dealer again. More

To make a long story short I took my 2014 Ford Edge because check engine light on in on 9-13-19 a Friday. Dylan the adviser said part had to be ordered when actually part already in stock. I got a bill for replacing a part under warranty and the other part cost $366. Evap cannister. Total $742. Trent was real nice and adjusted the bill down to $608. Cashiers were friendly. Finally got my car 9-20-19, Friday, today!!! They need knowledgeable advisers. He didn’t even say thank you. I had to go get my own car from behind the fence!!! We will NOT be back!!! F Adams More
