Stood in the showroom over 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Waited over 6 hours for an answer on financing. When followed up with questions no response. After months of car shopping and one too many encounters with shady salespeople, I have to say that Stoke Hodges Ford is hands down the finest vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. Billy Nash was my with shady salespeople, I have to say that Stoke Hodges Ford is hands down the finest vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. Billy Nash was my salesman, and he was really attentive to our needs and quick to respond to any issues we had. Normally I dread going to auto dealerships and spending hours there. Billy made things very simple, and my car was delivered the VERY NEXT DAY after I made a deposit. Customer service was PHENOMENAL from the receptionist to the finance managers. Even the delivery drivers were fantastic. In the future, I will undoubtedly purchase vehicles from them. Make sure to ask for Billy Nash if you buy from this dealership. He'll hustle to get the automobile you desire and make sure you are taken care of. More
Started off as SEEMINGLY genuine personable people...same as the rest all fake. Annoyed!!! Very annoyed. Purchased vehicle in JULY, STILL DO NOT HAVE TAG or vehicle registered. Vehicle bought ran 1 week and had to wait a month for repairs that cost me $1000. Waiting to be reimbursed or compensated for cost but even that seems to be a lost cause. Not only did I bring in the new parts but purchased a new coil to replace a burned out one and didn’t even get the new parts back that I had to install,to get it to them for repair. All the items should have been gone over before the truck was put on the line. Saw a lot of Fords on transports today,watch yourself,even the new ones,they’re being delivered,halfass.
