Took care of it all! I called to make an appointment for an oil change and safety inspection and inquired about the status of the an airbag recall on the car. Parts have b I called to make an appointment for an oil change and safety inspection and inquired about the status of the an airbag recall on the car. Parts have been hard to come by and Stohlman was working on a limited number of cars as the replacement parts came in. The service rep was able to schedule me for the airbag replacement on the same day as my oil change/safety inspection. I called in on a Thursday and I received and appointment for the following Wednesday. The dealership offered me a loaner for the day and the gas was on them. I have been with Stohlman of Herndon (now Sterling) for years now and have always received exemplary service from them. I highly recommend them! More

Always solid I got my airbag replaced as part of the recall. Nice to be shrapnel-free. They got me in within a week after I called to find out what was happening since the Subaru of America letter in December 2015. The tech even set the clock! (problematic because I usually have it 10 minutes fast, but I appreciate the attention to detail :) ). Their parts guys are also always friendly and helpful. n.b. for the CPO question - I looked at them, but they were outside my price range for used, and I do a lot of my own work so the warranty is less cost-effective for me. More
